Laura was awesome and gave us great information about the area. Location was so perfect, villa was so cute and everything we needed. Not a lot of storage and second bedroom was a little small. But, still an awesome place.

We have stayed many places, but this was a stand-out for us! Very clean, easy communication with owners, and perfectly located for beach and other area activities. The pool was also a perk! Highly recommend for a stay in Destin!

Location was perfect, condition of the condo was perfect. Laura was a great host, had lots of extras in the condo... trash bags, coffee filters, TP, etc. Will book again for next summer!

The Villa was across the street from the beach, perfect location, excellent views of the ocean, was across street from a very good seafood restaurant.Was a short drive to stores, restaurants in Destin. Villa was clean and relaxing. . I should of booked more days

We were able to walk over to the Crab trap and watch the sunset while our girls enjoyed time at the playground. The place is very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Destin. Laura was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Can’t recommend the location any more highly. While not on the beach, we were just a 3 minute walk to the white sand beach. We enjoyed watching the water and the people from our front porch every morning. The villa was incredibly clean and just as advertised. The living area and kitchen were perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed our time in Destin and the recommendations that the owner made for outings and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to this part of Florida.

This condo was perfect for our little family of 3. We have a toddler so the one full bath was sufficient. The condo sits right on the lake, so you have beautiful lake views out the back / master bedroom and balcony. The beach is SO close, directly across the street. Very easy to get to; I wanted something close so we wouldn't have to walk far w/ a toddler; the crosswalk is two condos down. VERY close. Great sunset views. The master king bed is super comfortable; very clean condo - we were wanting something that felt safe and clean during the pandemic and we felt very safe. We chose to rent the upstairs vs downstairs and I think it probably has better views, but both seem great! We are hoping to rent this again w/ family and rent both floors. The pool was also fantastic, very clean, well kept and we were the only people using it most days. It's also a great location from the Destin commons shopping areas and lots of food options. Highly recommend Camille's sushi!

I never leave reviews. Ever. But, my experience this time around absolutely deserves feedback. For starters, you simply cannot beat the location for its proximity to the beach (you’re literally a 30 second walk from the sand), restaurants, etc. but most importantly, the unobstructed ocean view is phenomenal!!! I absolutely loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee and reading a book in the mornings, just soaking in the view and the sounds. The property itself is wonderful!! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you’d need including fantastic appliances, the decor felt high-end and had the perfect coastal vibe, the furniture was in great shape, and was super comfy to rest on after a long day at the beach. As for the owner, Laura, she was amazing to work with. In addition to simply being super sweet, she was extremely responsive when we had a question, she checked in on us throughout our stay, and had great recommendations for us to explore since we’d never been to Destin before. I cannot overstate how impressed we were with our whole stay!! We’ll definitely look to book this villa again if we go back to Destin.

We had such a nice stay! Laura, the property manager, was so helpful and very attentive, both before, during and after our stay. Check-in was super easy, with just a key code to access the property. Great parking, nice pools... and just steps from the beach. The place isn't huge -- especially the kids bunk room (which also houses washer/dryer), but in weighing proximity to beach versus size, and at this price, it could not be beat. The back porch offers great lake views (and the kids loved feeding the turtles). Upstairs wasn't available (we were last-minute bookers!), but would probably choose upstairs next time for better views of the beach and the extra half bath in the master. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location. Only issue we had was the dryer didnt work and they were waiting on a part for it. The owner was easy to get a hold of. Nice clean villa and we really enjoyed the view.

An amazing place, great location in a very pretty part of Destin, on a lake and only across the road from the beach. Well maintained, stocked with everything you'd need and more. All our needs were looked after by Laura, the property manager who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I read many reviews online of MANY places and I am so Happy I chose this Unit. The location is fantastic and the view was amazing. The unit was clean. Laura was very quick to respond to any questions we had both prior to and during our stay. The space was perfect for us (my husband, 2 teenage boys and myself) We would definitely stay here again and are considering reserving entire villa next summer for additional family to join us.

For our first family trip to Destin we chose Destiny Beach Villas due to a proximity to a private neighborhood our friends from home were staying at. I turned out we made an excellent choice with Villa 3B. Having a backdrop of a lake to the north and an open view toward the beach dunes on the south was priceless. Condo unit 3B was on the ground level, very well maintained, with great furnishings and tasteful decorations. Upon arrival unit was clean and beds made. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked on all necessities, including cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner and a broom. I'm used to bringing so much with us to different condos in the past (e.g. detergents, salt, pepper, spices for cooking, kitchen and bathroom towels) that it made this Villa the best equipped with all necessities. I don't know if that's the standard for this unit or left overs from previous renters. Anyway, we walked the neighborhood on colder days, to the Crab Trap lunches and playground on the sand behind the restaurant for our kids. Beach sand was amazingly white and powdery, unlike Atlantic coast beaches I'm used to. Unit had two beach chairs and body boards (we lost/left one on the beach and replaced with a new one; also left some beach toys if kids stay there in the near future) We had upstairs neighbors, and the noise was minimal. I'm sure if we were upstairs with a two-year old, we would have made a lot more noise due to his non-stop running and jumping. That's the reason we were better suited for a ground floor unit, having to give up the upstairs balconies (which I'm sure have even better views). Communication with the owners was professional, friendly, and always quick in responses. Laura Kirby has a great customer service mindset and knows how to accommodate guests.
