The beach is only 50 steps! A boardwalk lines the James Lee Park with gazebos and picnic table. With just a few stairs (not like 30A!) getting to the beach is easy. There is also a tunnel under the road for carriages/wagons. When reserving Villa 3A, stairs lead you to the second floor with living room, fully stocked for cooking kitchen and dining room, seating six. A lock out door below makes the villa two separate units and Dutch door at the top of the stairs provide safety for little guests. The master bedroom upstairs has a Pottery Barn king bed, includes a half bath and access to the private back balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two single beds via a daybed. One full bath is in the hall. Front loader washer and dryer are included. The villa downstairs has recently been renovated. The master bedroom, also with king bed also has access to a private balcony overlooking Lake Destiny. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom. One full bath downstairs.
