This marvelous property sits between the beautiful deep blue waters of the Atlantic and the calming waters turquoise water of the Sound. every room has its own unique view of the water. The bright colors of each unit are sure to set the mood for a real island vacation. Each unit is equipped with air condition to cool your temperatures after an exciting days trip of Boating, swimming, jet skiing, fishing or back from an amazing tour of our fantastic chain of islands here in the Exuma's . The kitchens are fully equipped with all cooking utensil and small kitchen appliances. Granite counter tops set the tune for an amazing gathering while preparing your in home meals and discussing what's on the agenda for the next exciting day outdoors. inclusive Kayaks and paddle boards are an extra bonus to make your play time in the sun even more enjoyable. Out door furniture are on all decks. That's is a plus for those morning or evening relaxation time while watching the sunrise or the sunset. Hammocks are also available. Choose a boat from our fleet and add a guided tour as well. You will experience the meaning of what we call "island life". The Official home of the swimming pigs.
We can assist with all your needs to make your vacation a memory that will last a lifetime. Golf carts rentals are available for you to explore the island and get to interact with the friendly locals. You have a few flight choices to reach the island. You can fly Water Makers air from Ft Lauderdale Florida to Staniel Cay Exuma ( boat transportation can be arrange) then travel by boat to Black Point (ask about our transportation services). or your can Fly the commercial airline of choice to Nassau Bahamas then take Flamingo Air to Directly to Black Point. Ask for more information.

We selected this place due to the all of the positive reviews. Ulrisa and Breadboy were accommodating, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Ulrisa coordinated our airport transportation. Russell was our driver and helped us during our stay as well. There are several properties, we stayed in the dark blue house - Harbour Bay. The house had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living space, a kitchen which had all of the essentials (pots, pans, utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc.), a washer/dryer, and a wrap around porch. The house had stunning views of the bay and a path that led straight to the water. You are literally 30 seconds from jumping right in. We coordinated our grocery order with Ulrisa about a week before our trip and groceries were in the house upon our arrival. We also rented a golf cart for a majority of the time we were there. It allowed us to venture out to other beaches on the island. We opted for a personal boat tour which was coordinated with Breadboy. Fat Cat, took us to all the places: Thunderball Grotto, Pig Beach, Exuma Sea Aquarium, the Sand Bar, Whitebay Cay, Compass Cay, Staniel Cay, Iguana Beach, and then back to Black Point. After receiving a guided tour, we rented the same boat a couple of days later and ventured out to Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. We also made use of the two person kayak. We found Black Point to be peaceful, quiet, and friendly. We highly recommend staying here. Brent & Shannon K

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property just as described. Host ordered our provisions and had them ready at arrival. They picked us up from the airport at Blackpoint. The boat rental was essential for our stay and did not disappoint. We rented the 23 Albury and it ran great. We had a issue with the golf cart but the host was quick in finding a solution/replacement. Will definitely come back.

We had an amazing trip to the Exumas and couldn’t have chosen a better property. Ulrisa and Bread Boy were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Not only did they pick us up from the airport but they also took care of our boat rental, golf cart rental, and grocery shopping. They were our concierge for the entire trip. If we needed anything they either got it for us or knew someone who could get it. The property was clean and in an excellent location. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with cold AC and a view of the sunrise from the front door and sunset from the back door. It was perfection!!! We will book again 100%!
