Location excellent. Apartment clean and well equipped. The shower in main bathroom and en-suite toilet were a little small but didn't effect our stay.

The location was excellent and was very clean The bathroom showers really small we had a larger lady and she had to shower outside at pool area. There was only 2 smalll mirrors in bathroom and no hairdryer for a group staying feel need more.

very spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed and the sea views were stunning. The bathrooms were very small, particularly the en suite toilet which was only really suitable for children and space in both showers was very tight.

de accomodatie is aan renovatie toe, er is onlangs wel gewit dat is te zien maar verder al het Houtwerk is hard aan een verfje toe . in de omschrijving staat twee badkamer , deze zijn er maar 1 badkamer is de douchedeur zo smal dat alleen een super dun persoon er gebruik van kan maken. bij badkamer twee is de toilletruimte zo smal dat niet iedereen er gebruik van kan maken omdat je niet tussen muurtjes past. keukeninvertaris niet ruim , pannen wel prima . beheerder van gebouw prettige communicatie voor opladen scootmobiel.alle rolgordijnen gammel of niet werkend. de locatie maakte onze vakantie wel fijn. de wasmachine maakt veel herrie. de eigenaar moet echt wel meer onderhoud doen wil hij voor deze prijs willen verhuren . voor de locAtie komen we zeker terug. wasmachine herrie/ slaapbank gammel/ te weinig kopjes,glaswerk/ oude rommel die niet gebruikt wordt blijft op balkon staan

El salón comedor estuvo muy bien, fresquito y cómodo, en el dormimos desde el segundo día aunque la cama del sofá estaba un poco machacada. Cuando llegamos a casa vimos que nos hemos llevado el abre botellas (lo siento) la ducha principal inutilizable porque no desagüaba, la mampara de la otra ducha demasiado pequeña para cualquiera que sea corpulento El lavavajillas da calambre si tocas el interior estando descalzo Mucho calor en los dormitorios

Su situación enfrente de la playa y una terraza con unas vistas espectaculares Han transformado un piso de salón ,cocina ,baño y una habitación en dos habitaciones pequeñas una con ventana pequeña y la otra incluso sin ventanas y dos baños uno de ellos imposible de utilizarlo si no eres un niño

La ubicación es excelente, la piscina, tanto la d la azotea como la de la planta baja a pie de calle, las vistas desde el aparcamiento Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas Hace mucho calor xq no tienen aire acondicionado En el fin de semana se oye mucho ruido

Lo que más nos gustó fue la piscina de la azotea y la terraza del piso. Que tuvimos problemas para acceder a la piscina y solo disfrutamos un rato.

Probably the worst apartment I’ve set foot in. The photos do not represent the reality of this apartment at all. The representative met us on Sunday for check-in which was appreciated but the property itself had an uncared for exterior and Tired and shabby reception area. The apartment itself is small, dated and dirty. I stayed for 5 minutes and then booked a hotel as I was told no refunds. The bedrooms have no windows And no space at all - this is listed as sleeping 6 but practically impossible unless guests can levitate. Completely underwhelmed I don’t think this apartment has been decorated in about 20 years. Do not book unless you like the rustic, dirty and uncomfortable feel. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

To collect the keys you have to go to the booking.com office which is about a 10 minute walk away as there is no reception at the Estacha. The location is fantastic, you walk out of the building and you are on the beach, 5 minutes into the old town and 5 minutes to the bars on the strip. The bathrooms look to be recently refurbed and the ensuite in the main bedroom was a nice bonus we were not expecting. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, you want it its here. The main living area is large and comfortable but some of the furniture(sofa and chairs) could do with a good cleanreplacing. The balcony is lovely on a morning and seats 4 at a large table and has 2 loungers. This area could also do with anand a lick of paint and varnish. The rooftop pool was not open when we stayed but looks to be a grat spot with amazing views across Benidorm. The main pool had just opened as it had all been painted and looked lovely, I stuck my toes in and it was a bit cold from me and think it will take a good few sunny days to warmup but it was the first week in March so it can only get warmer. Overall this is a great apartment in a fantastic location at a brilliant price and I would happily stay here again. just a bit of a pain collecting the keys and having to go and drop the off,
