The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is a new build, and is 98 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, covered parking the same building, 2 TVs.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

Great location, spacious, clean and perfect for both quiet and noisy parts of Benidorm! Communication was great with the vendor but didn’t realise we had to pick up keys a short way from the building, but this was all explained prior to arrival.
Only negative I could possibly mention (which didn’t bother us at all) is that you are only on level 1, it’s just above the restaurant, great for people watching but they can see you too when looking out.

Property sold as deluxe and although it is quite nice it does need some maintenance e.g. the blinds in the lounge don't fit and came off the mechanism, the patio doors were really hard to open and close, there were some marks on the walls etc. these were all small things but a bit annoying. It was clean and bright with modern furnishings which we all liked but nowhere in the original advert does it mention that it is directly above the "jungle bar" which was really noisy from morning up until about 9pm. It then goes quiet before closing early so not so bad at night where the noise moves to the strip but I would prefer to have known before booking.It does have breathtaking views of the beach which is fabulous. All in all it is front line to the beach, on the flat and has decent lifts so would be suitable for wheelchair users.
