Located in Grey Highlands, this charming chalet for $323 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Your safety is our top priority! Our luxurious chalet is designed in a French style with oak and cedar and is cleaned and sanitized for each arrival. It comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a queen-size pull-out bed in a separate room. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a cozy sitting area, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and a double bed, while the third bedroom is located in the basement featuring a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Within the living area in the basement, there's a pull-out queen bed that sleeps 2. Outdoor Amenities include a shared pool exclusively for complex residents and only open during the summer months, and a spacious private 8-person hot tub and a gas barbeque. Enjoy the luxury of two private decks furnished with chairs and tables. Inside Amenities include a 55-inch flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, instant hot water, garburator, dishwasher, and a full-sized washer and dryer. We provide towels and linens at no additional charge. Take this opportunity to treat yourself to a well-deserved break! Additional amenities include a pool, a private 8-person hot tub, a surround sound system throughout the chalet, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. You'll also find a garburator, dishwasher, DVD player, phones and more. Relax on the two private decks, each furnished with comfortable chairs and tables. We provide all the towels and linens you need. The chalet is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive to Blue Mountain Village, offering a wealth of activities such as skiing, shopping, dining, and leisurely walks. For outdoor pontoons and water sports, you can explore the offerings on the Livingstone Golf Resort website. If relaxation is your goal, the area boasts exceptional spas. Both the Scandinavian Spa and Living Waters Resort & Spas provide massage and water therapies. Additionally, the beach is just a brief 5-minute drive away and the town of Collingwood is a 10-minute drive away, providing access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and much more. Kindly take note that upon confirming your reservation, you will receive an invoice for a 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and a separate invoice for a $1,500 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded once the rental period concludes, provided there are no damages to the property. Please be aware that this reservation is subject to a "No Refunds" cancellation policy. Refunds will not be provided for this property under any circumstances. We kindly request that you adhere to and respect the following rules of the chalet: • Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age or older. • No pets allowed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. • Parties and Events are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Renters must be at least 25 years old. • The property is best suited for family getaways. All utilities are included in the rental fee for short-term stays less than 2 weeks. However, Utilities plus cable and internet are extra for rentals that exceed 14 nights or longer. A deposit of $1,100.00 per month will be collected 60 days prior to check-in. Please note that there is a minimum stay of three nights for long weekends, including: • Family Day • Good Friday • Victoria Day • Canada Day • Civic Holiday • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Christmas Please note, we have a maximum of 30 nights per stay. A beautiful cottage. We were super excited when we arrived and saw how quaint and cozy the cottage was. A beautiful flower arrangement was left on the gorgeous big kitchen table where we enjoyed many hours of games. The hot tub was amazing!! The beds were super comfy too!! We were only a short drive to the ski area which was fabulous!! Would definitely come back here!! Thanks so much. Our family getaway was perfect!!! ♥️♥️♥️

We had a lovely, relaxing week at Tamara's place. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 4 - ample space for everyone to relax. The hot-tub was a real hit with the kids, and the lovely setting with walks in the quiet neighbourhood and in nature was a hit with the adults. Tamara was very responsive to our requests, and runs a well-organized and professional service. We will be returning for sure!

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of sleeping accommodation for our group. Weather played a bit of a spoil sport and was cool making it difficult for us to get the right balance of heat in the bedrooms at various levels. The lower bedrooms were cold and if we tried to get them warm the upper bedrooms got too hot. But the upside of the cool weather was we were able to enjoy the hot tub in summer. The location and facilities are great with good views of the ski hill. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

When arriving to the Chalet the outside alone was already appealing with a feeling of relaxation. When we walked into the chalet it was better than the pictures as it was so clean, warm and so welcoming. Although it is very spacious, yet it is so cozy. The view of the mountains is breathe taking and hope to see it once again in the winter. It was a great experience and I hope to go back soon. I have already recommended this property to family and friends and invite you to experience it too!

My family stayed at this chalet in early July and were very pleased with the property as well as the owner. There were a few issues when we first arrived but an email to the owner led to quick fixes. The chalet has a great layout and facilities, and we look forward to renting again! Daniel

We had a fantastic long weekend away. Truly enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings and the mountain views. The chalet is located at close proximity to the "Village" where you can enjoy many good restaurants, shops, night life, kids activities etc. In all, the chalet offered us a clean and comfortable stay with all the amenities nessecary. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge plus. Tamara is lovbely to work with and we would highly recommend this property for a great get-away any time of the year.

When we walked into the chalet we were all amazed by how clean, updated and how true to the description it was. The space was great for a larger group and was really comfortable. The 2 porches were quite and relaxing and the view was beautiful. Tamara the owner was friendly and great to work with. I would defiantly recommend this property to family and friends and we will hopefully be back soon.
