Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quaint little cottage secluded with private pool. A good change from the large condo experience. Trees and landscaping offer a different feel. Walk to the beach was minimal. Allison was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

This home is in a great location, 2 minute walk to beach and close to numerous restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool is shared but still found times to have it all to ourselves.

We went to. Few Yankee games and took Uber or Lyft. For a 50 min Lyft to the stadium it was only $45 each way.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised and was only a short walk from the beach. The grounds had the feel of the Florida Keys, unlike the rest of the Treasure Island area. Our only complaints were that the property was a bit hard to find on the first night of arrival (and the listed property management company was unavailable) and the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect, someone actually greeted us at the property even when we arrived late, nice personal touch that is missing with other properties. House was great for a weekend or week getaway. The landscape gives you a secluded tropical island feel. We will return again soon. Loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property’s location is sublime. The space is comfortable and has everything needed for the beach. However the entire space was inundated with bugs. The two nights were miserable as we couldn’t sleep from the bugs and were covered in itchy bites. Every room no matter what we tried was covered in bugs.

We loved staying here for a few day getaway! The pool was delightful and lovedvbeing on the beach too. My granddaughter was thrilled with the ice cream place next door. Would definitely come back!

Perfect accommodations !! There's something for everyone. Beach,pool, shoppes, restaurants and bars. All within easy walks to property. Courtyard pool area was a canopy of trees and plants . It's an old slice of Florida that is sure to please both young and old!

Four friends stayed at this cottage for four nights. It was like a little “rain forest” with the natural landscaping. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, the pool and the beach which was a short walk from the cottage. We would love to go back again and the hostess was very gracious.

This is my second stay and I will be back, again and again. This priceless treasure gives you privacy through an enchanting path of beautiful mature plants and trees and yet just steps from the water. It's a taste of old Florida that is so hard to find. The house itself is spacious and charming and filled with everything you could possibly want or need. We were here for my son's Spring Break back in March and we knew immediately we wanted to return for Thanksgiving. So glad we did. It was perfect in every way!

House was very comfortable for 6 of us on a girls trip. Awesome location and very short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs located on the property for guests. We loved the convenience of it. Owner was very friendly. Overall, we would stay here again.

The property is really cool. It’s tucked away in your private jungle. It was cleaned up nicely though we had to be sure to keep food out away because of ants. This was a family vacation and the owner supplied us with a high chair and pack n play. There was beach toys, and floating toys for the kids to play with. Pool was a comfortable temp. However, our neighbor was out there smoking the ENTIRE trip. Wish they had a no smoking on property rule. Over all a great experience. The fee excursions was a fun surprise.

The only problem with the location is the bug problem. They have an ant infestation at the property. Can not leave any food out. For example we had a dozen of donuts in its box and in the morning it was covered in ants. Other than the bug problem, the amenities and location was nice.
