About this villa rental
Kas Vierkant is one of the signature homes of Dutch designer Piet Boon. The villa is fully oceanfront on Bonaire’s southwest side, combining luxury with the island’s relaxed, natural atmosphere.
The architects’ use of straight lines and natural materials fits perfectly with Bonaire’s calm and natural environment.

Kas Vierkant is designed to make you feel completely pampered!
When entering the villa on the upper level, you’ll find the open-air living area with a stunning view over the ocean and Klein Bonaire. This level also has a small office, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area, both with air conditioning, so you stay comfortable even on hot days.
The bedrooms are located on the lower level. All four have air conditioning, a fan, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms is set up as a studio with a small kitchen.
The most special part of this oceanfront villa is the pool area, with stylish loungers, gazebos, and hammocks overlooking the sea. After a snorkeling session, you can relax here with a cold drink by your private pool.
Electricity note: The villa has a maximum electricity allowance, which is based on normal use. This helps protect the environment and keeps costs manageable, as electricity is expensive on Bonaire. Of course, you can still use the air conditioning at night for a comfortable sleep.

The listed rate is based on an occupancy of 1–4 guests. An additional fee applies for each extra guest, per night.
During the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Please note that a fixed rate applies for the villa during this period, regardless of occupancy. Thank you very much. We had a lovely stay, we had everything we needed and access to the ocean was very easy using the sturdy steps with strong handrails. Our beds were comfortable and we slept well. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the area very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks

Wonderful house and location! Host communication was easy and she answered questions and requests within minutes normally. The villa did not disappoint. Spacious and modern as pictures show. No bugs except the very occasional mosquito and one cockroach. Loved the feeling of sleeping in mosquito net covered beds! Super comfy mattresses. Air conditioners in all bedrooms worked perfectly and quietly. Would have liked if there was charcoal supplied for the bbq. Super quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise. WiFi worked perfect in the upstairs level of the house, but spotty in on the lower bedroom level. The manager was nice enough to deliver a small flat screen smart TV (since the house doesn’t come with one normally), so we were able to watch Netflix and stream Olympics. The management was also very quick to deliver other items as needed. The ocean view and ladder entry was wonderful!

House was nice but a few things were lacking: no tv, oven did not work, master bath had peeling paint in shower, poolside rocks had lichen growing on them and were very slippery when wet, grill was a little charcoal grill. It was nice, but not as nice as we expected for the price.

Just got home from 10 days at Kas Vierkant, which was our 2nd visit to the Villa. As a repeat customer, we knew what to expect and the property did not disappoint - is in a great location, everything we needed was available and the sunsets remained amazing. Anne Marijn, from Q-Villas, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us with antying we needed. Would definitely book here again.
