This flows directly to the dining area, plus stools at the breakfast counter. LIVING ROOM Continuing from the dining area is the living room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable mattress!), DirectTV and a DVD player. LAUNDRY There is a full-size washer dryer available for your use on the upper level of the home. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full bathroom in hall just for this bedroom BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: A powder room is located on the main floor. Bathroom 2: Nearby full bathroom on the upper level. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom located on the top floor in the large master suite. OUTDOOR SPACE Small fenced in space at front of house with BBQ. ACCESS Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed to work for the duration of your stay. You will have access to the entire home, including garage parking for one small car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles). INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Your hosts live nearby. We are here to welcome you and help you with any of your needs during your stay. If you want a place that’s bikeable and walkable with great shops and convenience this is the place for you! We also enjoyed staying in and watching t.v. a couple nights. Feedback: The place could use some games and basics like Saran Wrap and tin foil. Also, the garage is VERY tight, we couldn’t get my compact SUV in without hitting something so we opted to street park which isn’t the easiest in that neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful time had by all. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice, quiet property in the heart of Ballard. Large tri-level unit with everything that you'll need. The one-car garage is a huge bonus & it's just a short walk to the Ballard Farmer's Market.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Ballard is a wonderful section of Seattle, very close to downtown, the Ballard restaurants and bars are excellent with grocery shopping just a block away. The unit is nice, parking in the garage is literally impossible with a mid sized car (basically if you don’t have a smart car, you’re out of luck on parking. Overall a very good choice of lodging.

This is a very nice place in an interesting and diverse neighborhood. The owner (Lynne) is accessible and attentive if you need her assistance. Highly recommend!

Parking was difficult. Hard to know just where to how to park where. We were cleaning out the apt of a 99 year old aunt so had a mid size car. Usually we had to walk 1-3 blocks. Otherwise stay was fine. Rules were quite strict about having anyone to visit. l

Our daughter lives in Ballard 3 blocks from this lovely condo. It was very convenient, with a great coffee shop two blocks away and a grocery story three blocks away. The3 hosts were very responsive when we had technical difficulties with the TV set up since we aren't ROKU people and didnt know about the mute button on that remote. . We will stay again!

Solid location close to stores, restauants, and bars. Most people will not be able to use the garage parking as it is really, really small. We parked on the street generally with 1 block of the unit so not an inconvenience at all. Hosts were very responsive when issues arose. Kudos to them. Carpets were in poor condition and in need of a deep clean and the unit needs some touch up TLC here and there, but overall a good stay and would book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood was great! We easily walked to the grocery store, drug store, tasty restaurants and Ballard farmers’ market. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Ballard and how this property is just a short walk to the downtown area ( which has great shops and restaurants!) The garage is very difficult to get into and only fits compact cars. We had issues with the sofa bed, which were attended to promptly but never completely resolved. The owners were very responsive and nice!

this property was nice but it but there were some unfinished repairs and the carpet looked like it could use cleaning. In general it was a clean and accessible space but when we got there the temperature was really warm, I went around checking and couldn't find a reason for it to be so hot and tried to contact the manager about it and was referred to a website.... the next day I found the heat in the downstairs closet was turned up which accounts for the high temperature and being uncomfortably warm the first night there. I understand that this was an oversight on the part of the last person in the space but it didn't occur to me that there was a heater on in a storeroom. Also it should be noted that parking in the garage is TIGHT if you have anything bigger than a midsize car I'm not sure if parking there is possible.

We had a wonderful time at this townhouse—not much time spent here since we were visiting our grandson and adult children. The location is great, very clean but could use new carpet, well stocked, comfy bed, nicely furnished. The owners were very communicative! Within walking distance to fun places in Ballard. Highly recommend this VRBO!

This was a great stay in Seattle !! Close to so many restaurants, shops, and bars! We chose this home as it was close to our daughter’s wedding venue! It was an 8 minute walk to the place… couldn’t ask for much better! The house was well kept and stocked with all the essentials. Great quiet neighborhood & felt safe walking to & from the event !!

We loved the roominess, the great kitchen fully stocked, the beds, and especially the fireplace! We were near everything and the management was quick to help if we needed it. We would definitely stay here again.
