Located in a tranquil and natural setting, the Son Vado estate in Santa Margalida offers the perfect retreat for those seeking to disconnect in the heart of Mallorca. With a total area of 2,000 m², this welcoming property combines comfort, privacy and the charm of rural Mallorcan life.
The house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, with an interior of 136 m² carefully equipped. From the accommodation you can enjoy pleasant views of the garden and the surrounding mountains.
Outside, the spacious grounds include a private garden, a barbecue area, a furnished terrace of 26 m² ideal for outdoor dining, and a private pool to cool off on the warmest days. The estate is completely fenced, making it ideal for families with children. It also has a parking space in the same building for one vehicle.
The American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with an induction hob and everything necessary to comfortably prepare your meals: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Among other amenities, the house features a fireplace, electric radiators, Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German), hair dryer and iron.
It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants and train and bus stations.
It is recommended to hire a car to fully enjoy the surroundings and conveniently access nearby beaches and places of interest.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.35 Eur/kWh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of your stay.
