We live in the Northern Midwest where winters can be VERY harsh. I have medical conditions that make the cold affect me negatively so I go towards the warmth. The apartment in St Pete Beach is in a perfect location with easy access to beaches, dining, entertainment, shopping & the airports so we don’t even have to rent a car & most of those places we can walk to! We’ve stayed there the last 2 years in March and really have no reason to look for any place else!

Half of the lights in the kitchen were out. Shower needs to be regrouted. spare linen in closet does not fit the bed. Alot of noise from the street. Overall it is a nice unit and we are renting it in march 2023.

We were happy with the condo, but wish there was a deck or somewhere to sit outside. It looked as if there was a deck off the bedroom and there wasn’t. We had gotten there in March and many things were cancelling and then the beaches closed, and there was no pool. So we decided to get out before the pandemic got worse. We lost out on $1000 we only had 2/3s of our vacation. I really think we are due a refund.
