Find an updated interior with three flat-screen TVs and lagoon views. Incredible amenities include multiple pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, basketball, tennis, and a playground for the kids. When you're not taking advantage of the on-site perks, the pristine shoreline is just a short walk from your door. This condo also sits between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. LIVING AREA Lounge after fun-filled days on the sectional in the sunny living area, which is also fitted with a smart TV. The couch converts to a full-size sleeper for an additional sleeping option. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances as well as helpful gadgets necessary to create your favorite recipes. When meals are ready, gather together at the six-person table. BED & BATH This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES On-site amenities at The Spa on Port Royal Sound include: -Indoor heated pool (open year-round) -Indoor hot tub -Fitness room -Large changing rooms -Two outdoor pools (unheated, open April-October) -Tennis courts -Shuffleboard -Outdoor basketball court -Picnic and grilling areas -Playground EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and beach chairs and wagons. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the lot in front of the building for a fee of $20, payable upon arrival. A second parking pass can also be purchased for $5 on-site. (Parking pass prices and availability are subject to change.) Boats, including kayaks and canoes, are not permitted on the property. This ground-floor unit is accessed via a flight of five steps from the parking area. THE LOCATION Stroll to the beach on Port Royal Sound and spend the day exploring or relaxing on the long stretch of sand. Located mid-island away from the crowds, this getaway is nestled between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. Find public beaches, 20 golf courses, excellent dining, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Coligny Beach is just a 20-minute drive and features free parking, dressing rooms, showers, shops, and restaurants. Connecting directly to Hilton Head's bike trails, enjoy direct access to bike paths that cover virtually the entire island!This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was fine. There is a switch that has to be used on the wall to start the dishwasher. Soap dispenser broken. Toilet seat bolts loose tried to tighten. Basically a nice property. Close to sound and ocean. Used the pool and jacuzzi every day

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for 6 days recently and couldn’t say enough good things! The location was perfect! First floor, just a few doors from the beach which was so convenient with 3 little kids and a lot to lug! They had sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella, a cart to pull it all, and everything we needed! This beach is private, hardly any people on it and it’s full of nature! Short drive to Coligny and all the fun stuff on Hilton head too! There was some loud music on our first night coming from somewhere nearby so I called the number given to me by turnkey, someone got on it right away and they ended up getting a police officer to walk over to the residence and turn the music off. I was very pleasantly surprised by their quick and efficient customer service. This condo was beautiful, everything was new and nice, and we couldn’t have loved it more. We will definitely be back!

Rental process was quick and easy. Description was true and pictures updated. We were two families of four so a total of 8 people. We get along well so easy to be in a smaller area. Do not recommend if you cannot be in close quarters with another group. Only had a few issues during our stay. We had dishes that were not clean (I imagine from previous people staying and not house keeping as they would assume they are clean if put away) in the cabinets. We did a load in the dishwasher to correct. The pullout mattress in the living room which we were planning to use was not clean. It had multiple stains and was very thin. We did not use. There was also water dripping in a closet (covered in black spots (mold?)) that had the AC unit and such. Contacted appropriate people through Vrbo per email instructions and quick response via text. Sent someone the next day while we were gone. Not sure if fixed as it was day before we were leaving. Property was clean on grounds. Pools nice and sound nice. If you’re expecting a traditional beach please research what a sound is. We did sit on the sound one day but be mindful if high tide of oyster beds that will cut your foot if you step on them. Best to go at low tide to see where by are. We visited Coligney beach 5 times and really enjoyed. I recommend the rented beach chair setup as it was always waiting on us and we didn’t have to rush in early to beat the crowd. We will return again to Hilton Head next year!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (daughters ages 3 and 5) but could have fit a few more if needed. Loved that it was on the first floor and the building was a short walk to the private beach access. There was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys available for us to take to the beach with us every day. And things like kids hangers in the closet and supplying dish soap and a sponge were details I didn’t know I needed! All around a great stay!
