We really enjoyed our stay and had a blast. The owners had great communication with us and let us check in really early, which helped us out so much. Highly recommend!

Great, updated home. I wish we could give a raving review because we had a lot of fun and the house was very comfortable. Unfortunately, a few things went wrong that were definitely an inconvenience and put a damper on our trip. The fridge stopped working, although they were able to get it repaired just over a day later. Their communication was great at this point and they were open to a few suggestions we had. We knew right off the bat that we were one of the first to stay there and at the end of the day we just felt it wasn’t quite ready to rent. There was an issue with the dishwasher door. There weren’t enough towels. The master tub had just need repaired and was unusable for the first day. The ceiling fan remotes were all on the same frequency which meant that when someone turned their light on in the middle of the night, everyone’s fan light turned on. The owners were aware of these issues but failed to mention them before our stay. One of the biggest issues we had was the lack of safety for access to the pool. We knew there was no fence around the pool, but we were disappointed to find that there was only your generic sliding door lock. If you don’t have children, this isn’t a problem, but it was very stressful for us with having little kids that could easily open the door to the back. A simple child lock would be a easy fix. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was a lot of fun, and the updates to the home were great. After everything though, they ended up sending us a list of every paint chip and scratch and estimated the damage to be several hundred dollars . We would of course pay for any damages, including the damage to one of the doors that we notified them about, but the list they sent us was pretty ridiculous. We do not believe we caused these damages. When we mentioned that some of the things in their list were like that when we arrived, they questioned why we didn’t take pictures. We highly recommend to take pictures of everything you see out of place. Like mentioned the home is great and could be amazing if they fix the issues mentioned.
