Perfect location directly downtown. No worries about transportation unless you're going out of town, and you have free transportation if walking is too much trouble. Everything you may need is close by, and walking is no trouble. The condo was perfect - very comfortable and relatively quiet. We had one hiccup, and that had to do with checkout. We left early on our last day before their call center was open, and I didn't know what to do with the door key. That information wasn't clear in the instructions sent from the property management company. So, I left the key on the table for the cleaning folks to see, and locked the door behind us. Apparently, they didn't relay this to the offices and we were charged $85 for the missing key because it wasn't found in the lockbox outside the condo where it was supposed to be left. They did remove the charge after I called to explain what I did, but it bothered me that they didn't call first before charging me and making me go through that process. Those charges never come off as fast as they go on. I'd go back again. All in all, it was very nice and accommodating.

We had everything provided that we needed, though there is no closet and o it one hanging rack right at the entrance of the unit. Some hooks in the bedroom would have been nice, also some window coverings on the front door for privacy in the evenings - we draped a blanket over at night. The door code was helpful to not worry about a keycard. The dumpster for trash had a lock on it and we didn’t receive a code so had to drive our trash back to Denver and find a dumpster before returning the car. Overall great experience though- would rent again for just two people

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a prime location in downtown Breckenridge and with extremely close proximity to the Breckenridge Station (bus and gondola hub). The condo is everything you need for a short stay. There is a decent pull-out sofa in the living room. We loved the key code entry way. The condo was clean on arrival and had basic necessities. I do think it would be beneficial for guests to not have to take their trash and recycling out as the dumpster is quite a walk away and had a lock on it when we attempted to dispose of it. Therefore we ended up driving for hours with rubbish in the car. Based on the price and housekeeping I think it is fair to not put that responsibility on guests staying there. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend it!

This place was perfect in every way: clean, great bed, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, best location in Breck next to bars, restaurants, shops, a block to walk to gondola and reasonably priced!!

Overall our stay was great!! The location is amazing. The place was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. It was really cold the weekend we stayed there. Therefore, the window in the bedroom had a little bit of a draft. We ended up putting pillows against the window to help the draft from coming in. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The apartment was pretty spacious for 2 people. You can definitely have people over to hang out. It would have been tight if 4 people stayed there. Doable, but a little tighter.

I tried calling about the wifi password but the agent couldn't figure it out. I eventually figured out the riddle by finding a tiny magnet on the microwave that had the latest network name and pw. I shared that with the agent so hopefully the next person doesn't have to struggle like we did. The shower door handle was also barely hanging on, needed to be screwed in and/or replaced.

This was the cheapest/ closest rental to the mountain I could find, for the dates I had selected. I made the reservation about two months prior to, so that played a part in the availability/ pricing. The condo wasn’t dirty, but not that clean either. Multiple stains/ hair throughout the different rooms. The managing office should consider putting down mats inside by the door for dirty gear & shoes/ boots. Wifi was unreliable even though the router is right there in the living room. I had to call the office to send a maintenance person to unclog the shower drain which was completely clogged. I slept on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The extra set of sheets didn’t fit so I had to use towels to cover the sofa spaces that looked like had pet hair. There was one extra blanket that didn’t look very clean so I used the sheet to sleep with. It worked out ok since the condo has ample heat. My friend slept in the bedroom and woke up every morning freezing since there was cold air coming in the closed windows. The floors of the apartment directly above this one are in terms condition and you can hear EVERY SINGLE step & noise.

This place was fairly cheap so we weren’t expecting anything crazy, but were disappointed by our stay. The information on the emails they sent me were different than what the vrbo listing said, and the check in and check out times were different. It was marketed as a place for four guests, but there really weren’t enough blankets and pillows for four guests. There was multiple pieces of hair on the sheets of the bed, pretty gross! The Wi-Fi also did not work, and the toilet paper holder was broken and just hanging from the towel rack. The stove was very nice, but impossible to understand how to turn it on and off, we were watching YouTube videos to figure it out! Overall, I would not stay there again.

The location cannot be beat, it is in the middle of main street and close to a lot of shopping, food, and activities. We had the amenities we needed (kitchen/bath) and appreciated the humidifier provided. The only issue is the internet did not work well, so if you are remote working might need to bring a mobile hot spot.

If you plan on having a good experience, don’t come here. We first entered our VRBO at about 7 o’clock on Saturday afternoon after about a 14 hour drive, we quickly realized the temperature of the room was about 85 degrees. The single window in the apartment, at ground level, did not have a screen to keep bugs and animals out so, that was not an options. We brought a fan to sleep with, we plugged it in, promptly the fan began to smoke and proceed to shut off due to electrical issues. We called the number listed ti attempt to get these issues resolved, after being on hold multiple times and having no resolution, we were told an electrician would be coming to the condo on Tuesday, that day before we leave. Saturday night, we slept in our car, and have since been trying to get ahold of management to negotiate a refund, to no avail. I would not recommend working with this management company ever again. Awful experience and horrible service.

This property is a brand new listing, so I went in with an open mind, prepared to cut some slack to a new host. However, the first thing you need to know about this property is that the "host" is a company that "hosts" who-knows-how-many properties in multiple towns in the Colorado high country. I, for one, typically stay at VRBO and its competitors' properties because it has that "personal" touch of the host, the great customer service of having a host, and the extra love that goes into a property because it isn't a corporate hotel. We had none of those. Expect your stay here to be corporate. The Bad: It starts with them having you sign and return a 6-page lease agreement OUTSIDE of the standard VRBO agreements. It is so specific and annoying; you would think we were leasing the property for a year, not for a weekend. The Tacky: On check-in day, we were sent an online PDF... their "Guest Book". It was 130 pages long. A couple of pages were useful for check-in and parking instructions, and the property rules. But, I had to dig through to find those pages. The other 120 pages included things such as hospitals in the area, restaurants, and where to ski. Now, the company that manages the property (Summit County Mountain Retreats) is based in Keystone, Colorado. That is quite a ways from Breckenridge, so most of the recommendations and miscellaneous information were about Keystone. Something of no interest for our trip to Breckenridge. And we went in June, so we also had no interest in all of the pages dedicated to winter sports. I think this company forgot to "read the room" and provide actual information that would be useful to the person staying in that particular rental, and not generic, blanket information given to people staying anywhere in the Colorado mountains. The Good: Besides the tacky guest book and unbelievable rental agreement, check-in was seamless. We could immediately access our key using the code found deep in the Guest Book PDF. The Good: The unit is actually significantly cuter than the pictures show. It is clearly newly renovated, and every last fork and lightbulb struck me as brand new. It smelled new, and it was spotless. And the listing's pictures were taken before it was decorated, so while the pictures look stark, it is cutely decorated now. The Tacky: After paying an $80 cleaning fee along with the cost of the room, the property managers have the AUDACITY to leave a tip envelope so that you can tip the person who cle

Sleeper sofa was very small and hard. The biggest issue was the noise from the neighbors upstairs. We went to be early for our early morning start on Quandary. However, the upstairs neighbors came home around midnight. We could hear all footsteps and conversations. Kept us up for a few hours. I tried using both of the provided box fans for white noise and neither any outlet.

This is clearly a newly-listed property. There were tools and new unopened items like dishes in the one very small closet, so there was nowhere to stow our stuff, and with a space so small, storage is critical. The box fans provided were brand new in the box, but when I plugged one in, it began to melt and stopped working. There is only one outlet in the bedroom (located under a clunky nightstand/ lamp combo and one outlet in the living area on the TV wall, so plugging in things like a CPAP or laptop were nearly impossible. The property owner should consider stocking an extension cord or two. The curtain in the bedroom was "hemmed" with duct tape, but it was too short, so I got blasted with super bright headlights at 2am since the property next door sits a level above. There is no screen on the bedroom window. The bathtub does not hold water, and there is a questionable-looking rusted chip in the tub that could easily be patched. The new mattress on the bed was flipped over and the bed was made spring side up, so I had to strip the bed, flip the mattress over, and remake the bed before going to sleep. The sofa makes out to a "bed," but you might as well sleep on the floor it's so uncomfortable. Also, only a packaged blanket was available for the sofa (not prewashed), so bring sheets or a sleeping bag if you expect to sleep on it. The sofa and chairs are not comfortable, but if you're only landing here to spend the night, it's not a huge deal. The positives: Smart TV, location. Overall, it wasn't worth the money we spent for one night. It has potential, but it looks like someone just rushed to make it available to book.
