Located in Pinetop-Lakeside, this lovely house for $150 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This Comfy cabin boast's many Pine & Oak Trees. Main Cabin in 2 Bedroom 2 Bath ( 1 King bed 1 Queen Bed) additional Sleeper Sofa MAX 6. Bunkhouse max guest is 4. This cabin also has a spectacular Bunkhouse with a King bed 2 Bunks , full bathroom with shower, fireplace, big screen TV , WIFI. Bunkhouse is available for small additional rate of $35.00 per night. ( Bunkhouse is not included in the main cabin rate ). WiFi does extend to the Bunkhouse. Bunkhouse also has a small refrigerator and a Kcup coffee maker Relaxing front deck with rocking chairs, fenced backyard for your furry friends to roam free ( Dog's Only /$30 pet fee) , a campsite feel backyard with a fire pit and wood, picnic table and chairs and also a BBQ. Also being in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert. It is 5 minutes from Rainbow Lake boat ramp. Home is 10 minutes to shopping and restaurant's . The property was perfect for my family stay for New Years. The house a well kept and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. The bunkhouse was perfect for having multiple families staying together. It was a short walk to get to Rainbow Lake.

We rented for the month of August. And we just booked it for next August. The place has everything you need. The cleanliness of the place both inside and out is perfect. And communicating with Ron is always quick and easy. They have done an excellent job with the cabin. Can't wait to get back

The owner was excellent in communication, and reasonable in his responses. The front porch with the rocker and the hammock in the backyard allowed for enjoying the beautiful summer weather.

Very well maintained large, yet cozy wood-paneled cabin with all amenities. Perfectly suited for couple or full family (extra bunkhouse available). Welcome snack basket was nice touch after a long drive. Outdoor patio features a fire pit surrounded by carved and very comfortable Adirondack seating. Large hammock was a nice feature. Outdoor fish cleaning, or general cleanup station was next to the gas grill. Everything well thought out and just right. Neighborhood quiet, quaint and welcoming. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

We go to Pinetop every year for the Arizona Old School Softball Tournament at Woodland Sports park, the cabin is not far are the guys can get to their game on time, but when we are not at the park, the cabin is perfect for relaxing. We were able to have a small gathering and everyone lived the cozy cabin.

Beautiful, clean cabin nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The property is completely gated so your fur baby can safely run/inspect the entire grounds. The grassy area in the front yard serves purpose for a game of fetch or hide-n-seek amongst the many pine trees. The cabin and the outside seating areas are virtually bug and cobweb free. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty extra pillows, blankets and towels supplied. There is a nice little coffee bar with coffee and creamers supplied, which was a nice touch. Ron was super nice and even checked in on us via text to see if everything was to our liking. I almost fell asleep on the front porch rocker, which is amazing because I can't even fall asleep in my own bed.

We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay at the cabin. The big fenced yard was perfect for the dogs to roam and play. The cabin is was just the right size. And had everything we would need. Of all the cabins we have stay at, this is truly the best one. Thanks Ron, we definitely will be back. A+

This house was incredibly charming! The decor and the furnishings make you feel at home immediately. We really appreciated all the little touches the owners have available like a poop scoop for the dogs and a sewing kit! Ron and his wife made us feel welcome and taken care of from the get-go. We were so thankful for the welcome basket of goodies they left us and the pups! The fireplace out back was such a fun addition and we definitely put it to use! Bring a hatchet with you though so you can cut some kindling for a fire! The fenced in yard was an absolute dream for our city pups. They had so much room to roam and absolutely loved being out all day. We can't say enough great things about this house and the owners!

Our hosts ensured our cottage was warm and welcoming for my wife Toni and our dog Beau! Excellent hosts!
The only drawback was construction going on next door and the street being a bit too busy to take Beau for walks.
Beau loved the spacious courtyard to chase squirrels, birds, and chipmunks!

Decided to rent a cabin up north for our Fall Break vacation, this cabin did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our 2 daughters and our 2 large dogs. The property is very large and has plenty of room for the fur kids, they loved it. We had everything we needed and then some, the kitchen was well appointed and the host even provided a nice basket of snacks, for us and the puppies. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Ron, our host checked in with us just to make sure. We had a completely relaxing week tucked away in the pines, we will be back!

The property was perfect for us and our fur babies. The dogs loved roaming in the fenced front and back yards. We loved sitting on the porch relaxing in the rocking chairs listening to the wind move through the trees. The home is stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect to do things in both Pinetop and Show low. Ron was responsive to everything we needed if there was anything to be done. Thanks Ron and Melissa for a great and perfect getaway. A comfortable and relaxing cabin in the pines. Enclosed back yard for the dog. Kitchen supplied with things you'd normally want to have. Cozy bunkhouse for guests. Close to grocery store and other shops. Loved the cooler temperatures. Drove to different points of interest and played pickleball at Woodland Park

This cabin rules! It’s near downtown Pinetop but far enough away so you’re away from the traffic of downtown. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bedding, and games/puzzles. The backyard has a great fire pit and a propane grill that we were able to take advantage of.
The size was perfect for four adults and a little one. Each couple had their own bathroom. The living room is very ‘cabiny’ with a fireplace and comfy couches. There’s also a TV loaded with all of the streaming apps.
Ron was also super easy to communicate with and get a hold of, he made check in a breeze too.
Next time we’re in Pinetop we will definitely book this spot again.

We spent a wonderful week at this cabin! Our puppies settled right in and we loved having a safe and secure yard for them to run around. We rented the bunk house for three days for our kids and two grandkids. It’s so adorable and they had some privacy and quiet time. Worked out great for everyone!

Superb property! Fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toiletries for showering, clean linens and towels. Our Boston Terriers loved the back yard! Host communicated effectively and was quick to respond!!! We will be back!

This was a perfect home away from home for our large family. Everyone had a space to relax and while it’s a smaller place, it was plenty of room as the kitchen, dining, and living room areas were larger. The outdoors was heavenly. Our younger kids had a blast with the tree house. Mom and dad spent lots of time relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs. We plan to come back.

This homey house was comfortable and cozy. The location two blocks from Rainbow Lake and surrounded by tall pine trees was beautiful. The fenced back yard accommodated our dogs perfectly. The third bedroom and bathroom were in a bunkhouse out back, which seemed odd at first, but in the end afforded a privacy we liked.

This property was perfect for our family. We booked the bunkhouse as well and it was just steps away for our 3 year old grandson to come visit grandma and grandpa while mommy and daddy got ready. The cabin was well stocked and a couple small issues were resolved immediately by the owner. We highly recommend this cabin/bunkhouse combo for any family get-away. The fenced yard for our pups was great. We hope to be back soon!

Very nicely setup for rental. Everything you might need and more. Felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer.! Very comfortable beds, just right firmness and nice sheets. Loved the woodwork furniture, cozy living room, bright kitchen area and outdoor space! Hope to go back next year and definitely stay here again!
