The location was fabulous! We walked downtown nearly every day and great hikes weren’t far away. But there were problems with the unit. One of the bathrooms had a clogged sink and the light above the toilet was very weak. You might as well be sitting in the dark. Another bathroom was missing a lightbulb and the caulk around the tub fixtures was broken away from the tub so water could get behind it into the wall. (Wouldn’t you think the cleaning staff would have noticed these things?) Also the fireplace looked like a hazard. The seal around it appeared to be broken and the glass was completely opaque (which you can see in the pictures on the website but we didn’t notice and never expected to see a fireplace that needs to be replaced!) We have stayed at two other Vacasa units (one in Colorado Springs and one in Steamboat Springs) and they were excellent. We’ve never had the kind of issues we had as this one in Breckenridge. We will never stay in this unit again.

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. We did have a bit of trouble finding it, but once we were there, we found it was clean and very roomy. The balcony chairs could have used a wipe-down, though. It was walking distance to the main part of town and really close to practically anything you could need. As much as I liked the property and its location, I was very disappointed with the property management. We were not provided with a parking pass and were very concerned that our car was going to be towed overnight. After visiting the office 4 times, we were never able to talk with anyone on site. Further, when we called the agency, we were told that they were too shorthanded to bring one to us but that we could go pick one up. This was at 7:00 p.m. My party had already been drinking, so this was not the best option. The very nice lady on the phone told us she would check around to see if any maintenance people could drop one by and that she would call me right back. As it was getting later, I ended up calling her back. She said she was unable to find anyone but that she would bring the pass by after her shift, around 10:30 p.m. We never received the parking pass and were very lucky not to have been towed. We have stayed at many different VRBO's and have never had any trouble with the properties or contacting the owner. I would have given this place a 5 star rating had it not been for the lack of attention from the management agency.

This place is perfect for family trip, has everything you need, has perfect location, best for the town and best for the gondola.

We stayed here over Spring Break with our kids. The condo itself is a little dated, but that is common in this area. The microwave and dryer don't work. It's difficult to sleep since you can hear everything from the condo above this one. One of the showers doesn't contain water and you have to mop up the floor after each use.
It's next to impossible to get a hold of the property manager since they only reply via text. If you call, you wait for a long time and the person on the other line isn't able to help you, they tell you to text. This is by far the worst host/property manager I've experienced on VRBO.
The location is great. The bus system is convenient and Main Street is a two block walk.
For the price we paid, there are much better options to consider. This condo is not worth the price.

Location was absolutely great! We rented ski’s from Christy’s which was right across the street. Absolutely loved being able to ski in! Only thing to note was that aspects of the apartment that needed repair. The bathroom fixtures were pretty loose and could use repair. Otherwise great place!
3.0
Decent place to stay; very convenient ski in property. You do have to catch the bus or walk to a lift to start the day which is fine and well located.
Property was not in good condition. The shower knob in the master was broken off when we arrived and it was not able to be used the entirety of the trip.
Washer and dryer were convenient but dryer did not dry clothes. Had to use 3-5 cycles to get clothes dried.
Storage is ok. The dressers, closets, and ski locker and full with personal items which is fine but it severely limits space availability for guest clothes and items.
Property manager, Vacasa, had no idea how to give us a parking pass for the property despite the rental instructions on VRBO to go to their main office in downtown Breckenridge. They did not have a property contact to get this fixed and told us all they could do was write a note for our car. The property is very strict on parking passes for each unit so this was subpar and tan the risk of getting us towed. I would recommend working this out.

Easy access to lift (never more than a 5 minute wait for the shuttle, which was one stop to the lifts), can ski right to the property at the end of the day and one block to all the shops and restaurants! You won’t be disappointed.

I like that the beautiful and spacious condo was close to everything and was walkable.

Excellent condo. This was perfect for our family of 5. Great location as you can walk to everywhere downtown and not mess with the traffic and parking. The property was spotless upon our arrival and was recently renovated and felt brand new. Will stay here again next time we’re in Breck.

Great location. Ski in/ shuttle out.
Shuttle stop is 20 feet from property. Truth.
Town is across one street. Truth.
We’d not been to Breckenridge in 23 years. I picked the best spot.

Great location! I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but we enjoyed the condo and location so much that we want everyone to know about it! We have only rented ski in/ski out houses on Peak 8, but dealing with Breck traffic anytime we wanted to go downtown was brutal! When I found this condo, it sounded perfect except for the fact of having to shuttle to the lifts. Honestly….it was no big deal!! We took the shuttle to Snowflake lift each morning (a 5 minute ride and stop is right outside the condo - Yellow south) and made the run down 4 O’ clock every afternoon right to the condo. We walked to downtown every evening (again, 5 minutes) to eat. Condo was clean, updated and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

So glad we booked this condo! The pictures are just like the condo! Every time I stepped in I felt at home because how comforting it was! All instructions were easy to understand and apply. I loved the views. I would recommend and will stay here again the next time I visit!

This was the 2nd time our family has come to Breckenridge to go snowboarding. We decided to go with a new property this time. The location was amazing, short walk to the town and steps away from the shuttle to take us to the lifts.
The condo itself was cozy. It was nice to have the Murphey bed since my teenage girl didn't really want to share a room with her pre-teen brother. It was a little odd that the Master didn't have the connecting bathroom, but that was fine. The shower door in the one bathroom could barely open and close, but once again...no biggie. We loved that there was leftover hygiene products so if we ran out we just used that.
My only 2 complaints are....holy moly, I don't know if this is s structural issue but the neighbors above us were so loud. Not as in they were partying, but you could hear every single step they took. It was so obnoxiously loud hearing them stomping every morning and evening. Lastly, the steaming/Wifi was terrible. After snowboarding all day we liked to relax and watch some TV and some nights they didn't happen.
The views and space were truly wonderful, just these minor tweaks would have made our stay be 5 stars rather than 4.

Condo was better than expected. It looked more updated than the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise! The only hitch was we didn’t get a code in the email that was supposed to have one so a little hiccup when arrived getting in. Once got management on phone it was resolved quickly & no more issue.
Highly recommend this condo. Plenty of beds & just overall cozy. We’d chose it again!
We were never able to find the regular direct tv, but watched plenty with Netflix/Disney+ etc.
Fire place was nice - location is really great! Walked to Main Street nightly. Parking inside was good too! Washer/dryer was a plus!Outdoor closet for ski storage - thanks!!

Condo was very clean and perfect for the group of 5 of us! Plenty of space and within a good walking distance for some good food nearby! The condo meets 4 o’clock run at the very end, perfect if you like the be walk inside right after leaving the mountain! Definitely will stay again if I am in Breckinridge.

Very clean, very convenient. Easy walk to downtown Breck. Would stay again.

Perfect condo for two families just steps from downtown breck! The condo was spacious and the Murphy bed was the perfect extra space! Our only complaint was that there is only one parking space provided (it does say this in the listing but we missed it and were disappointed that there were no exceptions) we had to pay an additional $110 to park the other car in a near by lot. Other than that we loved our stay! Again it does say only one spot in the listing so it was our mistake but just disappointing since the condo is perfect for two small families!

A great condo for my friend and me. The place is big enough for many but the setup proved ideal for a small group too. Easy access. Beautiful view from the balcony

Overall a very pleasant experience. King bed was very comfortable, kitchen well supplied, nice mountain views from the balcony & great location. There were however several problems. The tv in the master bedroom did not work & there were no instructions on how to use the tv’s. We were able to figure out how to access direct tv, but it took us 2 days. This was especially disturbing since the same two issues were brought up in prior reviews, one from January 2021 & one from April 2021. The problem with the bedroom tv was never resolved. Also the oven door was broken so it was not useable. The owner did immediately buy a toaster/oven, so they did promptly resolve the issue. We arrived on a Saturday and after several complaints about the bedroom tv we were told the building super would TRY to drop by to fix it since direct tv could not respond promptly due to COVID. That was on a Wednesday but there was no further contact for the duration of our stay which was another week.
We did ask for a late checkout & guest services did allow that request which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, we would recommend this place and would definitely consider another stay as we usually travel to this region every summer.

The issues were management issues when there was no one answering their phone at 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and we could not get into the condo. 2 in our 70's and 2 in our 80's standing, then sitting on the catwalk waiting. Disappointed the oven was not working since we did plan a cooking and wine event for 2 of our dinners. We liked the short walk into the village, which is beautiful.

Loved this condo. Could literally ski 10 feet from elevator on way in and bus stop was 100 feet away. Walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. We’ll stocked kitchen made making meals easy. Will stay here again!

Such a cute and perfect condo for a weekend getaway. There was room for 6 of us comfortably. The condo was a perfect walk to Main Street. We did an Escape Room in the square and walked back to pay games at the condo. The only negative was a lack of water in the hot tubs (not the owners fault). Highly recommend.

Views are great, walking distance to downtown area. Def recommend.

Everything was great. Having the queen Murphy bed in the unit was awesome. 2 queen beds in one bedroom and a king in the other meant we could fit our whole family and a friend! There is also a sleeper sofa! The kitchen had everything we needed. The family room area, couch and TV were great. There is some updating/ repair that’s required. Can’t use the toaster and the microwave at the same time or the breaker outlet trips. The TV in the master doesn’t work, Those are minor things. Overall we would rent it again!

It was a really nice condo with great location from the Four O'Clock run. Only qualm was that the master didn't have a private bathroom. Otherwise it was a great place.
4.0
Great location, clean property. We were impressed with how well it was equipped with supplies (shampoo, kitchen staples etc, except for TP!). The bathroom shower slider really needs to be replaced, I thought it might fall off. I loved the check in and out - no need to go to a property office to get the keys was awesome. The Murphy bed is great. Bottom line, we would stay here again!

We had a great experience at this condo. Convenient to slopes, and ski in. 4 or 5 beds. Large condo for our family of 4; great space, kitchen was well stocked. Also liked having laundry in the condo.

Had a great stay at this condo this weekend and it was a great size for our family of 6. Our first night was very rough with very loud neighbors above us into the wee hours of the morning but all other aspects were great.
