Lovely friendly hotel by the sea. They can arrange surf lessons with their brilliant team, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff were so kind and welcoming, and attended to any issues straight away. I’d definitely recommend and love to stay there again. Location is perfect right in the middle of all the restaurants, cafes, shops of Aragam Bay but set back down a road so still feels quiet.
Nothing really. Would have liked a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold perhaps

It s a great place to stay at Arugam Bay, the owners are super nice and very helpful to arrange all activities, including surf lessons. It kind of feels like home.

We LOVED our stay at Arnes place. The atmosphere was so chilled and laid back with such a welcoming vibe. All the bros and hosts were super nice and chatty and arranged surfing lessons for us and always smiling asking how our day was. We were here for 4 nights and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming stay with warm and friendly hospitality. Brekfast isn’t included but you can arrange at the property. It is also only 50m to the beach where you can swim but be aware there are strong waves and current but if you’re used to swimming in big waves you’ll be fine! You can walk to main point along the beach in 15min
