The quirky decor,felt at home,very cosy.
Sofa cushions on the purple one were faded. Top step of the stairs to the bedroom,the carpet was loose and I stabbed my toe on the nails underneath.

The location was great, and easy walk in to Bath. The apartment was well equipped and very clean., However, there were a number of issues including a broken door handle on the bedroom door which made it impossible to open from the inside, the door that opened on to the terrace was unlocked and did not have a key, a broken plug in one of the bathroom sinks and one of the two chairs on the terrace was broken. We made the managing agents aware and the said that the maintenance team would rectify them.
The number of messages prior to and during our stay from different organisations that in some cases looked like scam emails. Also, being asked for a £35 damage waiver payment for our two night stay when it wasn't mentioned anywhere until after we had paid in full. It was eventually cancelled but only after a series of messages to both Booking.com, the managing agent and the insurance company.

Everything..it was exactly as described.
No information pack on arrival & we could not access anything online either. This resulted in us receiving a parking ticket for parking in the wrong place! This was easily avoidable by explaining the parking before arrival or better still leaving a note with the plastic fob which was randomly left on the dining table, apparently this was for the electric gates at the rear of the property & our private parking space!
The only thing that ever mentioned the word ‘parking’ was an email received 20 minutes after our arrival & then all it did was point us towards what it said was an information page..which we could not find!
When we got our ticket on the Wednesday night I called your customer services & they sent me a text msg which simply explained everything. Why couldn’t we have been sent this before we arrived, if we had then we wouldn’t have received a parking fine of £35!
This really spoilt our stay & your customer services team weren’t bothered at all.
What was even more ridiculous is that someone had gone to the trouble of leaving a handwritten note on how to use the electric blind in the bedroom but didn’t think they needed to tell us what a black plastic fob was for. I think that is far more important! So I took it upon myself to leave a handwritten note for your next guests as I would hate for this unnecessary thing to happen to anyone else.
