Very disappointed with staff respond carpark was full and ask me to park at public carpark tell me not our problem even the small parking fee will not be their problem was really shock of such replied with pretty good hotel facilities I will not recommend and go back to this hotel though everything was good but with such staff behaviour really pity the hotel being tarnished
