Spacious apartment, basic but clean. Some of the furniture is well loved but okay for the price. Apartment block is very close to Dawlish Warren beach and the coastal path to Dawlish. Tricky to get to but parking at the end of the road. Howard was very helpful with letting us in early.
Mattress very tired/old - we were prepared however and a mattress topper smoothed out the worst of it.

Mattresses not very good, no support. Outside lighting not working at night, very dark around the steps.

It was very comfortable and convenient for train or bus to explore. So much to do especially for families.talking to others there they'd been before. I would go back too.not much

Close to train station and cheap for a rail ticket
There was a constant humming noise
Just as well I’m deaf so it was ok when I was not wearing my hearing aids
