We returned to the place a second time after finishing the trek from Mestia to Ushguli; our suitcase was waiting for us in a safe spot, and it was great to come back to a high-quality hotel after five days of hiking in the mountains.
As I wrote last time, it’s about a 10-minute walk uphill from the center to the hotel, but it’s not too bad.

The hotel looks new and modern. The room was large and spacious, as were the bathroom and shower area. Breakfast was very good and certainly satisfying.
The hotel isn't right in the center, and getting there from the town center involves a roughly 10-minute uphill walk, though it’s not too bad. The staff are very nice, but they don't speak English, so you can't turn to them for help with questions about the trek or other matters.
