Ideal place to stay in Mestia

Very nice hotel! Staff is hospitable, attentive and warm. Very clean comfortable large room. Delicious food. Beautiful view. I'll stay only here in the future!

Great!!

Close to the city, very convenience. Clean & super cozy. Fantastic breakfast.!! The owner super nice & lovely, their dogs are cute also. From our family room, the view of mountain is so beautiful with flower field. We are very happy to stay here :)

Exceptional

Everything was great. The rooms are very new and modern, the location is good, the views are nice (facing the mountaints). But the best part was the host. Even though she did not speak English and we did not speak Georgian, she made us feel very welcome. And her home-made breakfast was 10/10!

It was a pleasure to stay here apart from the bad neighbors case. Thx Zaza for his hospitality!

-Different food for breakfast. And it was tasty. -Clean room and bathroom. -Comfortable and big bed. -There is a good owner (Zaza). It was a little bit cold for us in the room. He provided us a heater without any questions.

- Noisy neightbors. There were a couple families with kids and little dog. Ill-mannered. They have been coming back late and making a lot of noise. And their dog was barkling very loud.

The best place in Mestia!

Location is the best, you are at city center without noise and very nice view. Food is tasty. Rooms are new and clean. Very comfortable beds. And very friendly atmosphere.

Great place to stay in Mestia

Breakfast was like a feast every morning, lot of choices qualitatively and quantitatively:-) Location is almost central but very quiet, perfect for us:-)

Staff were kind but some of the them were having difficulty with English language. Fortunately enough, they could get some 10-12 yrs old interpreter:-)

Amazing new hotel

The hotel is brand new. Very clean and cozy rooms. Great breakfast you can barely handle :D The personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to everyone who plans to visit Svaneti.

Everything is perfect! Breakfast - always full table of local tasty various food which impossible to finish ) The hotel is better than looks like on photo, location is good, generally the hotel is quite new. The staff is very friendly and all service is cool ! We had wonderful new year party with hotel owner with top level hospitality. Wish all the best for these lovely people living in such beautiful place ! Will definitely come back again.

I loved absolutely everything about this cute hotel! It’s new, beautiful, and clean. The owner and the staff are very friendly and pleasant, and treated us as friends. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are crispy, - I felt in heaven after long and busy days. Breakfast consists of many home cooked meals, and they all are delicious. Make sure you are hungry in the morning )) We will definitely be back. Thank you, hotel Patriot! ❤️

Superb

It was my second stay there. What I like the most there is the family atmosphere Zaza and his team are maintaining... they do take care of you very well. Room (large room in the attic) is very comfortable and with stunning views of the mountains.

Nothing really, except that they were trying to overfeed me :-)

Brilliant and would highly recommend.

It was immaculate. We loved it so much that we decided to stay many more days. Highly recommended and a booking you can trust to deliver even more than advertised. The breakfasts were a feast with anything you can think of served and made by a real protective and friendly grandma with love and pride. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, no noise at all with a stunning view. Exactly as per our preference. Many thanks team Hotel Patriot in Mestia, Georgia !!
