A beautiful hotel with plants and courtyard. Lovely staff. They so kindly looked after our luggage while we trekked for 7 days. It was so nice we returned to stay here after our trek.
Nothing, everything was good. Cereal at breakfast would be a good addition.

This was our second stay at this property. Fantastic location in Mestia in a modern, quiet property surrounded by Svaneti towers. Extremely welcoming family. Clean, spacious room with balcony, nice big bathroom with plenty of hot water in dedicated tank. Amazing breakfast with variety and options for all tastes. We were able to leave some items whilst doing the Mestia to Ushguli hike. They offered to give us a takeaway breakfast-box on our last day when we had to leave early.
Wifi in the room was a bit weak- had to move around to find a sufficiently strong signal.

I liked only location and rooms were clean.
But rooms were not as advertised, they were worn out, window facing to the hall, pure day light, bathroom full of water after taking shower. There were leaking under shower cabin. Wet and slippy as no any mat there.
The main thing breakfast. Some food such as hot sandwiches and pancakes with meat was completely cold. "Hot" water in the tank was almost cold as well, when even instant coffee didn't melt.
Definitely not good for value.
