Definitely need to replace the mattress; there was a huge depression from wear and tear.

I already did this survey. New towels and sheets but you could tell not cleaned. Soap in shower and hair. Toilet paper roll on, almost gone. Floors not cleaned.
Not cleaned ahead of entering except new towels and sheets.
