The room was spacious and accommodating.
The room was dirty had no conditioner. Called and requested to have some and more towels and was told they would be brought up while we were at out concert. Got back from show and nothing. Called fromt desk and was told that we needed to go get it from the desk. Complained that bathroom was gross and no one ever came to clean it as we were told someone would. We met the general manager who was very nice and apologized for our stay. But did not fix having a gross bathroom and rude staff.

Very attractive property. Easy off/on access to I-75. Cheerful and helpful staff. Large, clean, comfortable and well-designed room. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
Minor in nature but in the bathroom the toilet tissue holder needed repair. The right side of the holder was broken and so tissue was on the back of the toilet tank. Also, the tub faucet was loose and needed tightening but it didn't prevent us from enjoying a good shower.

The room was very nicely decorated, simple & clean. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of pillows, thank you. Breakfast was pretty good, plenty to choose from.
In the room, it would have been nice to have a small rack next to the sink to hang the hand towel on. In the bathroom, there were 2 hooks for the towels but a towel rack would have been nice. Also, a microwave in the breakfast area would have been helpful.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety. Clean area. Staff was excellent.
Room was neat and clean. Only issue, floors were dirty. In both rooms.
