Good location . Raquel was fantastic with help / information
Tired . I understand it’s an old historical building, but areas such as the bathroom / shower needs completely replacing. Everything is a little tired it needs updating.

Comfortable rooms, location was good and the staff was very friendly!
Also it was nice to have a pool area to relax during a hot day in Palermo.
Good to note that the pool is really a city-pool so not so much suited for a whole pool day - but for cooling off it was great!

Breakfast very good.
Quaint old building
Location, a bit far out, had to walk some distance to get to main attractions.
No facilities in room such as fridge, tea/coffee, very small TV.
