Spacious room. Modern. Air con. Lovely shower.
Good coffee at breakfast.
Breakfast was plated up at the start of the breaktast time and waiting until you come tor breakfast. Everything is portioned for you so no choice. The host chooses your flavour yoghurt or juice and if you're lucky to get one or two small pastries.
The breakfast was disappointing as of the items you're given only 1-2 meets my preferences or dietary needs.
Don't book this place for breakfast. View as room only with a bonus of some breakfast items. Also arrive at breakfast at 8am as if you leave it later then your food is not fresh.

Convenient and close location within the city of Palermo, within walking distance to main streets. room was clean and tidy. facilities were fine and adequate. The taxi connection with the apartment was very convenient with communication and service to expectations.
The particular room was very small. One small window with very little light from the sun entering. the window had no fly screen, so mosquitos did enter the room, which was not comfortable.
The room had not bathroom, the bathroom was down stars, was exclusive for the room - but was outside the room which i overlooked upon booking the room.
