Great location
Comfortable bed
Smooth check in and check out
Well sound proofed, there are bars right outside and we couldn’t hear them once in the room.
The ac was not working when we arrived and could not be fixed by the host during our stay. Our first night we slept in 35°c heat without ac. Our second night the host provided us with a fan, which helped some.

Location was near to everything. The action was right side our window. A real Palermo feel! And Marco was very accommodating; he responded quickly to all our many questions.
Slight problem was the action went on all night but it really wasn’t a big problem because we stayed out late.

Good location
Super loud at night (earplugs provided) due to the bars on the piazza outside. Had to wait a while at night to be let in and asked for a blanket the next time -- unfortunately the manager said he was out of town and unable to bring me one. The floor didn't seem like it had been cleaned.
