Convenient location, next to train station. Room was spacious with great view of the park. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is very Japanese with limited selection but delicious. There is a Starbucks nearby. Staff member at check-in had no English, but other staff did. They were very helpful.

The location is just perfect for using Hankyu Railway, both Yamada and Umeda directions. You can easily reach every point in Osaka and suburbs. The hotel staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel standard is relevant to rating. I strongly recommend for staying in Suita!
For the first time, it is a bit difficult to find the reception (4F) and the right entrance, going from Minami Senri station. Better visibility or instructions at the booking time would be helpful.

It was close to the place I had to go and convenient to reach from KIX.
The hotel provided many things which are appreciated (water, clean up every day).
Price was good.
There is no storage in the room. We have to live in a case (for which there is hardly any space to put on the floor).
Breakfast was crowdy with a group of old people who were quite rude during the 5 days I stayed.
