The breakfast had a nice assortment of options. On the first day the eggs, ham, and other warm items were not so warm but still tasty.
Coffee maker produced a rather small amount of coffee in the cup. It would be nice to adjust it to fill the cup to 75% or. 80% full instead of 50%.

Close to the station - easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto, close to stores - there is a konbini and a great café downstairs, Sky spa is excellent
No place to leave your clothes, a closet would have been useful

The staff is really nice and helpful
The room service doesn’t tidy up the bed or clean the floor, they only change the towels and empty the bin. The breakfast wasn’t great either; there were no vegetarian signs to know what to eat, and very little variety, as it was mainly Japanese food. I had a hard time finding something to eat other than jam, bread, and cornflakes.
