We've stayed here 4 or 5 times and enjoy it very much. Nothing too fancy, but the location is great, nicely sized room and bathroom with everything you need, and easy communication.
It could use a little refresh, but we probably notice that more since we've been staying here for years. Air conditioning in the room seemed to be struggling a bit.

this apartment is in the trastavera area which is very busy and noisy,but this apartment was perfectly situated away from all the noise but just a 3 minute walk to all the bars and food places. it was down a side street next to the botanical gardens, on a dead end street next to the police station round the corner.comfy bed, would definataly stay here again
only one plug on each side of the bed, so it was either have your bed side light on or charge your phone, not really a big issue but supply a double adaptor, the entrance to the building and room was using smart locks via an app on your phone which was a bit of a faff as it was through 4 doors every time ,good job i didnt lose my phone or got a flat battery or had an internet connection,never met anyone who owned the place as it was all done by whatsapp messages,

The place is a great place to stay in Trastevere - so close to the nightlife & restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the roads. Easily accessible, communicative staff and a comfortable spacious bedroom & bathroom. Kitchen is shared and well equipped! Our room was kept tidy & towels changed daily by staff.
The room needs a good extractor, as the toilet/drains used to smell despite us opening the windows all day.
I am not personally a light sleeper but some noises can easily be heard from adjacent rooms/properties.

Good location, the bed was comfortable.
Pictures online of the place is not accurate to the experience. Room was dark and furbiture worn. We also did not like the "digital check-in" and the fact that there was no one there in person to meet and greet you and help you. It felt like an adult hostel.
