Loved the history of the building, lovely updated rooms with character. Also enjoyed the shared kitchen area. Our host was so helpful with suggestions for dinner and even set up taxi service for us!
Nothing to dislike.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. Christian was so helpful and very responsive. A perfect spot just far enough away from the crowds and a stones throw away from all of the sites! We would have no hesitation staying here again!

Good location.
It is not a bed and breakfast. Repeat: it is not a bed and breakfast. There is a Nespresso machine for communal use, but the host provides pods for a Lavazza machine 🤪
The stairs are tiny. It is impossible to get a heavy checked bag up, or more importantly, down, the stairs. You have to leave the bags in the downstairs communal area and hope for the best.
It’s a tiny space, but they did a great job with it. It would not work as an apartment to live in, so it is not taking away housing from Romans, but it works great as a room for a night or two.
The water pressure is exceptional for anywhere in the world, but especially the heart of Rome!
The WiFi is good. The AC is great.
The staff is very nice and professional.
