Location is excellent, goes to everything at Aventino / Circo Massimo (the previous stay was also in a place in Aventino). Walking distance to pretty much everything close to Colosseo. Were it not for the brutal heat (95-97F every day) I would not use public transportation at all. Enough places to eat in, including some bakeries open in the morning for breakfast.
This is the only one out of four hotels during this stay that has oversized shower stall; in others I constantly bumped into water levers or walls; this one is very comfy.
While the room was clean and maintained well, a couple of things could use some improvement.
1. The espresso machine. I did not use it. And I understand DeLonghi did not do a good design on this one. But all these multiple holes in it get dust in them and it looks unappetizing. Either clean them or change the machines. And the tank should be kept empty. Else the water develops those floats on top.
2. Same goes for the hair dryer. It is, for a change, a nice powerful one. But someone needs to take a Q-tip and clean all that compacted dust in the back of it. It is unpleasant to look at plus not good for the blower itself.
3. It is, after all, a multy-bedroom apartment converted to a hotel. So, if you get a family with small noisy kids for a neighbor, it could be a bit loud, though it went down after 11pm. If this happens, do not hesitate to contact the managers; in my case it did help.

It’s very easy to access! Clean and a few supplies to get you going eg espresso machine with pods etc. the host was also very responsive.

I love staying at BePlace Aventino as it is very central, yet incredibly quiet. Kitchen and living area are shared with other guests but I never ran into anyone as I usually leave early for work and return after dinner. However, it is very well equipped and assorted with utensils. I like the quietness of the neighbourhood, and the fact that Ernesto and Andrea are so kind and putting an extra attention to details. Each room has a little fridge in case you need to cool your drinks / water. Highly recommended place to stay!

The room is in a large complex of apartments but in a but in a gorgeous tree-lined neighborhood in an non-touristy part of town. There are shops and parks all around, and it's very quiet at night, perfect. I was working, so the internet and desk were key. The bed and AC were perfect, plus the water kettle included.
The only thing missing for me was a fridge. So I bought milk for coffee and it stayed out all night. Which is fine for one night, but not more.
