Great accomodation

Everything was great. Perfect host, responding fast and very helpfull especially after my accident.

Thin walls, so a bit noisy but that's really all.

Sehr sauber und gemütlich

Die Lage ist super,das Appartement ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank,haarfön, Spülmaschine,Safe,Kaffemaschine,wasserkocher.alles super frisch und neu . schöne ruhige Gegend mit Einkaufs Möglichkeiten ,neben dem Haus kleine Pizzeria,und ein gute Restaurant mit Garten.

Ritorneremo sicuramente. Punto di riferimento per Roma

Sicuramente la posizione e la tranquillità della zona. Poi la disponibilità dei servizi della struttura sia in camera che nell'area comune con la possibilità di di farsi da mangiare in loco. Un plauso anche all'attenzione del gestore nelle indicazioni per il check-in con i sistemi per entrare nella struttura (senza chiavi)

Forse il check-in alle ore 17 è un pò penalizzante per chi arriva in mattinata (visto che siamo stati solo due notti). Solo un consiglio magari entro le 12 sarebbe stato gradito, ma immagino che sia un problema per il riassetto/pulizia delle camere.

Bella struttura che riutilizzerò per le future necessità in zona, da consigliare!

Scelto per vicinanza con una struttura presso la quale avevo un appuntamento, la stanza ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze. Mobili chiari e piacevoli, non raffinatissimi ma funzionali come dovrebbero essere sempre. Ottima la scelta della macchina del caffè e del bollitore in camera. Pulizia impeccabile e materassi comodissimi della Dorelan! Bravi, hanno creato una bella struttura in un appartamento, automatizzando il tutto con le nuove tecnologie di domotica. TV grande e posizionato correttamente rispetto al letto. Il gestore è stato gentile e sempre disponibile.

Dalle finestre non si ha una vista proprio piacevole e le finestre dei palazzi attigui sono a livello; la privacy ne risente un pochino, ma niente di preoccupante perchè le finestre sono dotate di doppie tende che aiutano. L'unico neo che può davvero creare disagio, sono le pareti divisorie tra le stanze poco insonorizzate che, nel caso di vicini "rampanti", fanno sì che si senta praticamente tutto ;-)

Super séjour !

Nous avons eu un super chouette séjour dans cet établissement. Le système est super bien fait. Nous avons une chambre privé avec salle de bain et toilette privée. Tout était super propre, la chambre était nettoyé au quotidien. L'appartement était bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun, très facile d'accès. Nous avions de l'eau, du café, du thé à disposition. Il y avait même un fer à repasser ! Le top, merci beaucoup !!

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved that i had a coffee machine in the room. Great location near local ammenities, and public transport. Safe area, quiet neighborhood thiugh walking distance from Colosseum.

Not seeing the hosts but first time for me using this kind of acommodation. No ink in the printer.

Very clean area, and exactly what we're looking for in terms of being close to public transportation, but away from all the super packed areas. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.

Super stay in leafy, quiet San Saba

Great location. Very clean. Well planned set of apartments with a useful communal area including filter water, coffee machine, printer. Access very smooth with door codes. Quiet, leafy area of Aventino hill. Great restaurant next door patronised mainly by locals

Excellent stay!

The owners of the accommodation were so lovely and helpful. Although we didn't meet in person they were always quick to respond via messaging and helped us with whatever we needed. I was thrilled at how clean our bedroom and the common area were kept - the accommodation was just perfect for our 4 night stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

It is clean and comfy. There is a guy cleaning the room every day. Location and neighbourhood are really nice. Still close to everything but not as crowded as in the interior city

there is a small theater in the building next door and when the show is over it gets very noisy. this happens around 11pm and goes quiet again around 12am. the other unpleasant thing is a gas boiler which seems to be in the wall behind the bed. if one of the neighboring rooms comes late and decides to run hot water, this thing turns on and you can't sleep. We were in room n.1 probably the other rooms are quiter

A good stay fits the purpose of a short stay in Rome.

The location is good and in a calm area. The check-in/out process is very smooth & they treat customers politely.

Amazing Aventino!

This place was amazing. Super clean and comfy. The check-in very convenient and fast. Cleaning service was every day. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well. The bathroom spacious and very clean. The place is well connected with buses/metro and the neighborhood is very pretty. Every night we walked to Colosseo. We really appreciated the fact that all doors had codes and we didn't need a key to have with us all the time. The host was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful room. Perfect cleanliness. Area in the vicinity of important touristic locations. The owner is very approachable and ready to assist you any moment. I would definitely recommend this location to spend lovely moments in Rome.

Nice and clean room in a great location, colosseo was just 15 min walking and other sightseeings where close too. Nice decorated room, with a cozy bed and a really cute coffee machine that we used for free (we really appreciate it) They had very good cleaning service every day!

We didn't like the fact that the room was a part of a big apartment (like a bedroom in an big apartment with its own bathroom), maybe it was written in rooms details but we didn't see it. . Also slippers where missing from the room, especially in the winter, they are necessary. Breakfast wasn't good at all, it was just a coffee with a croissant, you can't really named it a breakfast, we were disappointed about that because it was the reason why we choosed this apartment.

The room was very clean and cozy, close to the city center. The host was always available to answer all the questions we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will come back for sure.

Very convenient, walking distance to Circus Maximus, Colloseum and local amenities.

Caffe Saba was great, location wise too. Nice atmpsphere to mingle with the locals.

Perfect location, great facilities

Very convenient location, quiet but easily accessible. Everything neatly arranged. The host is very nice and always responsive. I will come back to stay in the future.
