We loved the views from our Suite room and from the fabulous rooftop terrace which is an amazing feature. Barbara provided a very friendly welcome and helpful advice, plus space to leave our luggage and to freshen up (along with an appreciated coffee!) after our early arrival following a very very long flight. The room was large and clean, beds really comfortable, wardrobe space modern and generous, and all with access to a second terrace area and kitchen facilities.
The shower is far from perfect, especially for hair washing! Furniture and decor dated but functional.

What a perfect stay! We loved everything abut Residenza Maritti. The location is perfect. We had the suite and were in awe of the view from the windows. The room was large and very comfortable. We loved the rooftop terrace which we enjoyed after dinner. We walked to all the sites. We appreciated the easy check-in, prompt communications and the help booking a taxi to the airport. The breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was delicious. We would definitely stay again.
Loved everything.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay at this perfect location. The host’s couldn’t have done another thing to improve our stay. We ate memorable breakfasts that were delicious and more than generous. The hosts Lucrezia and Anita supplied great tips for restaurants and sites to visit in the Chianti area. We loved our balcony and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We will miss this tranquil stay.
We loved everything

Check in and communication during the days before check in were very helpful and prompt. Owners were especially gracious and helpful. View from the terrace and also the near patio were amazing! Wish we had planned more days in Rome at the Maritti. They also helped with arranging a car to the airport.
