Location, quality of the chalet is great, good view from the rooms
Some weird rules on cleaning/rubbish: all the linens to be pulled before check-out or else there is a penalty!

Very nice area in the mountains.
Very nice and modern apartment, it's on the third floor.
There is a bedroom and a living room with a couch and a kitchen with good accessories.
The overall feeling is very good.
We arrived as a family with an adult son so this apartment was a bit small for three adults. We stayed for two nights. The bed in the bedroom was narrow, so we decided that the parents will sleep on the couch intelliving room and it was not very comfortable for two persons.
The other thing I don't like that we paid a good amount of money and they provided only one roll of toilet paper, and a starter kit in the kitchen and we had to buy the additional needs in the supermarket by ourselves. On the day of leaving we had to take out the trash to the supermarket.

Downstairs kitchen and living room
Extremely cramped sleeping quarters. Lack of storage space.
Several advertised amenities were not there:
No mountain view, no safe deposit box.
Laundry with drier in main building is extremely cumbersome to use (cramped space) and takes several hours.
Gym is unusable due to heat buildup and no windows to open.
Worst of all: alarm system goes off without any reason and no way to shut it off. Piercing sound turns itself off after 5 min. Happened to us on a Sunday night. Management knows the problem but does not fix it.
