Facilities were clean, the room was well maintained. Staff were very lovely and always greeted with a smile. Train station entrance is right outside, good coffee and food spots nearby, and a convenience store right next door.

Good location 15 minutes walk from Seoul station, nice comfortable room.
No extras in the room - especially disappointing was no complimentary bottled water, or facilities to make a tea or coffee in the room. Next to the rail line and although I had a roadside room there were still rumblings when trains past.

The location is OK, right in from a metro station. The room is big and the staff is very friendly.
The bed was old and not very confortable. The view is not so nice. The sauna was gentlemen only.
