AYUSH SUNAR, the front desk staff was the highlight of our stay. He waited and welcomed us in the entrance of the hotel, and he helped us with all the information we needed to know about Pokhara (before we even asked). His knowledge about the city was excellent and his hospitality was beyond words.
we will definitely come back to Batika, for our 3rd visit in Nepal soon!

From our floor (5th floor) the view was beautiful especially in the morning where we could see the snow mountains.
The staff members were very polite and friendly.
The bathroom was unsatisfactory.
After someone takes a shower, the floor gets very wet. It would be much better if there’s a curtain in between.
Also, when turning on the tap, despite having the shower turned off, water came from the tap and shower head simultaneously.
