We made the best of it

Definitely the location, the safety of the building, the city view, the fact that was big enough to accommodate our family, the quick response from Maria.

It’s a property with great potential, but like previous reviews, and previous concerns, I feel that nothing is addressed ,fix or clean appropriately before the next guests come in. We needed a good size place to accommodate everyone, it took me more than a month to make the decision to rent this place, b/c of the bad reviews, but since I couldn’t find anything big enough we went ahead and booked. Lots of things broken, glass on the kitchen table, glass on one of the bathrooms mirror. Very dirty, specially shower stall. A lot of problems with no hot water, very hard for the winter visitors. Dirty all around, walls, windows etc… it does have a washer and dryer that works. Buy your own toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning towels. There was only one dish cloth, which makes very hard to dry and clean with the same cloth. Also you can’t run the dishwasher, and washing machine, or stove top and other appliances at the same time, the power goes down, which is all good if it’s explained before and you know what to do. It happened a few times but we found the breaker and fixed it. There’s was a problem with the key, which Maria addressed that as soon as she could, which I truly appreciated it. Overall it’s a place on a very safe area and with a great potential, I hope that some of the things get taken care on a better way, so there will be more positive reviews and people can enjoy their vacation, after all everyone will gain, the guests and owners.

Great place for our needs. Thanks

Spacious with great views of the city

More kitchen utensils like cooking trays, pots and pans and an ironing board and iron would have been useful, also better instructions for finding the place and exit instructions

Good but some problems, no hot water in shower.

Good location, clean.

No hot water in bathrooms and shower, we couldn't bath for two days. And a problem in the door lock. It's difficult to open with the key.

Our stay was nice and smooth, apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The location was fine - we needed to stay near the sports facilities right next to the building. But the city center was well reachable by metro.

The equipment of the apartment could be equipped better - lack of cooking items (kettle missing, pan was not usable due to scratched tefal, baking sheet missing) .

Boa localização. Apartamento bastante agradável. Bastante seguro. Staff de segurança muito prestavel e competente.. Recomendo.
