Located in Lisbon, this charming condo for $170 per night is a great option for your next trip. Decorated with love and dedication ... this is our space, our refuge when we visit the city and we want to share with those who visit us and come to discover our beautiful Lisbon! An apartment with all amenities, fully equipped. Located in the center of Lisbon, in one of the biggest and most multi cultural streets of Lisbon. We can easily reach some of the most beautiful neighborhoods on foot, but the metro is 20 meters away. When we get home from the hustle and bustle of the city, Refugio na Cidade awaits us with a 60m2 terrace where we can rest, read, or dine in the barbecue area.

The appartment was lovely and plenty of room. Added bonus was the private courtyard and the clothes racks that we used to dry our clothes after using the washing machine. It was winter and clothes weren't drying outside so these were handy to bring into the appartment to assist drying time.
The location was great, we walked everywhere but the metro station was close by if we needed to use it.
I would recommend this appartment for your visit to Lisbon

The place is perfectly located. It is clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with Sara was always timely. Great coffee shops around with extremely friendly owners. Best pizza in Lisbon is just meters away. Highly recommend this place.

Host was very good but some difficulties communicating with pickup person. Excellent location. With easy access by foot to groceries and metro.Good size washer. One negative is lack of windows in 2 of the bedrooms. On the whole I would definitely recommend this property.

Super appartement agréable bien placé
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette appartement à 2 pas du métro et a coté du centre de Lisbonne.
Pour commencer un grand merci à Sara et Sara qui sont très aimables et ont tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivé et assuré le confort de notre séjour pour notre arrivé ainsi que pour notre départ.
Merci pour lit parapluie qu'on a avait oublié de demander mais qui était déjà installé a notre arrivé ainsi que la poussette canne mise a notre disposition.
L'appartement était conforme aux attentes, propres et très spacieux. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.
Il est vrai qu'on entend un peu le métro la nuit mais cela ne nous a jamais empêché de dormir car il ne roule pas toute la nuit.
Bref, nous avons été entièrement satisfait de cette location.

A única sugestão é que se faça manutenção no banheiro principal pois a banheira estava vazando muita água.

This apartment is wonderful. It’s ideally situated, close to the city centre and a quick taxi from the airport. The check in process is very simple and check out process is similar. All the rooms are exactly as described and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and living room is comfortable and practical. The best bit of all is the outside terraced section which was wonderful for relaxing in the day and the evening, thanks Sara!

This apartment is wonderful. It’s ideally situated, close to the city centre and a quick taxi from the airport. The check in process is very simple and check out process is similar. We appreciated open terrace very much. Very close to metro. We appreciated also two bathrooms. Close to the tram station nr. 28. Many opportunities to take a breakfast around. Fifteen minutes by walk to main square. I can really recommend

L'appartement est bien situé à deux pas du métro et très propre. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas profiter de l'extérieur en rez de jardin, le temps ne le permettait pas.
Le bémol est le bruit du métro, heureusement celui-ci ne roule pas la nuit.
La propriétaire fut très réactive et serviable à nos demandes durant notre séjour.

Well furnished functional and well located
Spent 3 days with my family in this conveniently located apartment. A short 12-15 minute walk to all the popular squares and restaurants. Subway minutes away for longer trips. airport is a 30 minute ride and 1.50 euro. Apartment has everything needed to eat in if so inclined. Sara is a responsible owner who always gets back to you.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour en famille. Situé à 2minutes du métro. Le seul bémol est que l on entend le métro dans l'appartement mais il ne circule pas de nuit.

Tolle, zentrale Ferienwohnung
Wir, 5 Erwachsene, haben eine tolle Woche in Lissabon verbracht. Sara war sehr entgegenkommend, wir konnten schon um 11h in die Wohnung und bei der Abreise die Koffer bis 15h stehen lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Terasse ist sehr groß, windgeschützt und auch bei leichtem Regen nutzbar. Ein großes Plus sind die zwei Bäder, die eine Dusche ist aber sehr klein. Im Portal ist nicht ersichtlich, dass zwei Zimmer keine !!! Fenster haben. Mit den vorhandenen Ventilatoren ließ es sich aber aushalten. Ab 6.30 h spürt man die Metro fahren, aber dafür ist sie auch nach 20m erreichbar. Gegenüber kann man in einem Cafe günstig frühstücken und ein Mittagsgericht bekommen. Einkaufen kein Problem, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alleinewegen der Terasse würden wir wiederkommen.

Séjour réussi !
L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé à 8 (5 adultes et 3 ados). Certes on entend le métro depuis l'appartement mais les rams ne commencent à fonctionner qu'à 7h donc ça ne nous a pas gêné. L'appartement se situe entre Anges et Intendente ce qui est très pratique pour rejoindre le centre et l'aéroport. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour à Lisbonne !😉�

Schöne, praktische Wohnung, zentrale Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir waren fünf Personen. Es gibt eine große Terasse. Die Lage ist zentral, direkt an der U Bahn Station. Ein Auto benötigt man nicht, da man alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann. Die Vermieterin Sara ist sehr nett und beantwortet alle Fragen sehr schnell. Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Lissabon verbracht. Danke für alles.

Firstly, the appartment is quite large but through the whole appartment there was only one small bin and no bin bags provided which was a bit annoying. We ended up with piles of supermarket shopping bags filled with rubbish in the kitchen.
Secondly, we ran out of toilet paper quite quickly and had to buy our own replacements. Not super expensive but again just a bit annoying to spend time thinking about on a holiday.
We had a little problem with one of the showers leaking and Sara was great and organized a time when we were all out of the appartment to come and sort it out.
All in all a good appartment and location but could have been improved easily by a few small things :)
