Staff, Location, comfort and affordability

Mid renovation but will be nice when done. Also elevator need a sign telling people to make sure the door is closed when they get off. If not it gets stuck on that floor.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access. Helpful staff. Good facilities. Lovely wee apartment with separate bedroom. Great location.

Small lift can be very busy in the large building so be prepared to do lots of steps.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new accommodation. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were even offered one complimentary cleaning, which was incredibly thorough and detailed. A particularly lovely surprise was finding two freshly baked pastel de nata waiting for us in the morning, such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Communication was smooth, quick, and easy throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!
