La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y los dormitorios, el barrio (seguro, con supermercado y metro cerca, y a unos 35min andando del centro)... en general todo, repetiría sin duda.
Faltaban cosas básicas de higiene, como gel en las duchas, bolsas de basura en la cocina, friegaplatos, etc. También faltaba algo de limpieza: el sofá parecía algo sucio y en alguna esquina de la pared encontramos telarañas (pequeños detalles sin importancia, pero mejorándolos harían una gran diferencia)

L appartement est très spacieux et confortable et très bien situé
L appartement avait plusieurs choses d abimé ou même cassé (j ai envoyé des photos) et le menage n était pas dans certaines pièces comme la dernière chambre ou le salon pas fait correctement (photos envoyés)

The location was ok. Easy access to metro and a park nearby. It is a big apartment.
The apartment was not very clean. a lot of things broken, dirty.
A good clean up would bring it back a better place.
Over all too expensive for what it is even if the aprtement is large.
