Everything was nice and clean and loved that they had a chef cooking breakfast

I traveled for a Memorial ceremony and the Front Desk
Lady was Very rude
I ask for a early check in
And she said l would have to pay 25.00 and check in was 3pm
I politely told her l had booked online and my check in was 2pm she argued with me.
I showed her my booking number and confirmation and she was slightly surprised.
And I ask her if my room wasn't ready at 2pm was l gonna get a 25.00 credit.
This angered her! I was only asking for less than a hour early check in.
I understand things have
But she wasn't very professional. And harassed my Older Cousin saying if he and his wife wasn't out at check out time they would have to pay 25.00
Horrible start
However she was the only one
The Guest Room Attendants were very pleasant and the Cook makes amazing omelet for Breakfast
The front desk clerk who greeted me and the room was a little out dated

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for my purposes.
The swimming pool was cold. I don't mean luke warm, I mean cold. I had been looking forward to using the pool, it was very disappointing.
