Very poor

The room was nice, the maid staff was friendly. Value was on point. Pool was alright.

The desk staff was rude and incompetent. Specifically, during our stay there were several instances where other customers were smoking marijuana and possibly other drugs. It is illegal to do so however the staff constantly denied any notion that they could take care of the problem despite the fact that my girlfriend had significant health issues due to the smoke in the hallway and seeping into the room under the door. We argued with the staff about it and they claimed that we went into it knowing this was the case and we should suck it up. The hotel offers smoking and non-smoking but just because there are smoking rooms doesn't mean I have consented to a hotboxed hotel.

You will either love your stay or hate it.

Breakfast is cereal and muffins. My room smelled like smoke but due to double booking there wasn't another room to put me in. To my surprise after checking out, they then tried to charge me 250 for the smoke smell despite me receiving the room as such . Now I can't stay there anymore despite staying there probably 20 times prior with no issue

A great value.

The staff went out of their way to put me in a first floor room. They actually upgraded me to make this happen, with no extra charge.

Some of the lights didn't work. The toilet paper dispenser was not set up in the bathroom.

Very good

I enjoyed how friendly the front desk staff especially the lady who checked us in.

The hot tub was at the perfect temperature for all ages. The pool was way too cold was not able to swim at all because of this. So thankfully the hot tub was set at a Low temp for my children from 2 years to 12

Hire better help

Location was great. High accesibility to food and leisure activities.

There was blood on the walls and on the sheets when we checked in. No toilet paper in the bathroom. But, it was better than the last stay, when they hadn't even cleaned our room before we got there.

Waste of time. Left me out in the streets

Rude clerk. Didn't get to stay. I went to check in at 1am when I got into town and the clerk had canceled my booking already AT 3PM

Wrongfully informed

I liked the price. But that was about it.

I didn't like anything really the floor was unbalanced there was no heater except for a little heater that didn't even heat up the whole room. They had on the site that they have smoking room and I requested a smoking room just to turn around and find out that they don't have smoking rooms but they have an ashtray in the room. So that didn't make any sense at all

Great place to get away

Excellent staff, very friendly and the place is clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub are always taken care of. It's a great place to get away and enjoy some rest and leisure.

Good location

The breakfast was very, very meager. The young lady setting it up barely answered my “Good Morning” (and kept her back to us with her “mornin”). The room had a ridiculously strong air freshener smell (had us wondering what smell they were covering up).

Expensively VERY DISAPPOITING , CHEAP feeling & looking , it felt like a no name motel !

the parking space it was the hallway by room 106 . the front desk clerk was very nice .

front parking & property in general crowed, bedroom window facing dried up weeds , no cups on bathroom sink , no floor mat for shower , no heat in shower , no washcloths at sink , only 2 full size towels , 2 hand towels , BED SPREAD HAD CIGARETTE BURN HOLES 3 TOTAL , room was much smaller than advertised . Breakfast was not only diabetic friendly but there was NO BREAKFAST TO CHOOSE FROM only available was packaged muffin ( loaded with SUGAR ) and cold cereal , terrible display for any kind of breakfast had to go wait @ Country Kitchen for 20 min. to get breakfast !

unable to stay due to lack of emotional control of the manager and high levels of unprofessional behavior

the “manager” got an attitude after she was unable to find my reservation. after I made an attempt to show her my booking confirmation she became verbally abusive and threatened to cancel my stay. i tried to call the situation by speaking calmly to her and she continued to get worked up. she refused my stay. my family has stayed here several times and we will not return as long as she is there, if ever.

The breakfast sucked unless you like dry cereal.

Didn't feel safe with people (not guests) sleeping in the stairway, and staff taping the security doors to not lock.

Car was broken into and everything stolen. They could of cared less

Security was zero. Our vehicle was broke into and everything stolen. It was all on camera. The guy rummaged through everything for 30 minutes! It was 2:45 am and a manager was there. They have video monitors in the office playing 24/7. Manager was never suspicious??? It was obvious!! Guy in next room said his car was broke into 2 nights before! Huge giant vehicle brake in and theft problems. Yet they are only reactive and not proactive. They could care less. They did nothing to help.
