Staff, pool, location, Price
Our room had sewer gas coming in, and there was nothing they could do to fix it. And no other rooms available ~

Close to restaurants, shopping centers, easy on/off interstate.
Need repairs outside. Bathroom fixtures covered with calcium deposits (need good scrubbing), either new or professional carpet cleaning and smell in room not bad but to much essence of flowers. Better breakfast options.

The staff was nice
All the ratings and reviews were great leading us to reserve the room. However our room #238 wasn't all that great. The bed spread was dirty and stained ( bed by window), there were dirty towels left behind the door in the bathroom, and my wife has little bites all over her body (she slept in the bed closest to the bathroom). I really hope its an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent, but I have a feeling they may be bed bug bites...
