L’appartement est propre et bien équipé. Le lieu est agréable et spacieux. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont bien fonctionnelle et moderne.
Malheureusement, le propriétaire a quelque peu gâché le séjour. Il nous a demandé de payer 340$ en carte ou en espèces la veille de l’arrivée, pour une « caution » hors booking. Il a également demandé les copies de nos passeports hors booking alors que booking explique clairement que nous ne devons pas fournir ces documents. Je lui ai expliqué, il n’a rien voulu savoir et nous étions coincé car c’était la veille de notre arrivée.
Il était également intense, en nous contactant tous les jours de notre séjour. Il nous a soupçonné de fumer dans la propriété, nous a demandé de récupérer un colis pour lui, écrit 3 fois par WhatsApp pour remplir un sondage hors booking puis a continué par email comme je ne remplissais pas le sondage assez vite, etc.
C’est dommage car l’appartement est bien mais on se sent stressé par ces demandes hors booking et ces contacts incessants.
