The property was perfect for our group of adults for a short getaway. The design of the property is perfect with three bungalows which provided privacy yet gathering spaces for cooking and eating. The pool area was a gem! We enjoyed hanging out at the pool often and especially at night with the entertainment from CoCo’s, a few doors down. Everything was in walking distance. The property is dated but that added to the quaint charm. Once on the property you definitely feel like you are tucked away. One amenity we had hoped to find were beach chairs since the property is so close to the beach but really the pool was all you needed. The greenery, trees and flowers created an island like feel in the backyard. We likened the property to the 90’s series Melrose Place.

First off there could not be a better location to stay. Everything is in walking distance. Right next door is a pizza place (great pizza), liquor store and CoCo’s bar which had live music every night! Just a few more steps and there is a Surf shop that sold a bunch of groceries. You could get almost anything you need. The beach is about a block away.
The apartments are dated but served the purpose. It was nice having our own space and the pool area was a perfect gathering place for our group. This is not a luxury place to stay.
The property manager was quick to respond when the WiFi was out. Over all a very nice experience.

This property was very clean when we arrived, we were right in the middle of everything so we didn’t have to drive much. The pool was very nice and the shower is very handy for rinsing off. There was pool toys and beach towels which was very convenient. It is a quick walk to the beach and right by a Surf Style. Alex was a very responsive host and was able to get back to me in a timely manner if I ever needed something. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to Clearwater. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time. It was prefect for our family trip. We had ages from 5 to 60 staying. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing. Great place i would recommend it to everyone.

Loved everything about this place! Highly recommend 10/10!!
We rented this with friends (4 families) for our high school seniors spring break. It is right in the middle of all the action. Beach access right across the street. Liquor store two doors down, an excellent pizza/restaurant next door. And a bar for adult fun a few doors down. Noise is not a concern - you can’t hear anything inside the houses.
Property is super clean and taken care of. I was nervous about not getting the door code until it was time to check in, but there is nothing to be nervous about!
We had an issue with one of our teens and the toilet. The property owner went above and beyond to help us out. It was 100% our fault… and he had an emergency plumber out within hours. We paid the plumber directly a super affordable rate.
Nothing but good things to say! Would stay again!

The property is in the perfect place. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The pool is an oasis in the middle of Clearwater Beach. This is the only place I stay at when I'm in Clearwater Beach. Highly recommended.

This property is located in a great location.

This is a good property for a group because there are several bedrooms in 3 different units. It is well equipped and clean, but has not been updated in quite awhile. If you like being in the center of the action, the location is convenient. But, you are in a commercial area so be ready for that! The only real drawback is that they play live music until midnight 2 doors over and you can hear it from some of the bedrooms.

We had 5 couples using the property, everyone loved the location and privacy. Alex was easy to work with and the communication was great. We would all recommend it!!

The perfect place for our family reunion—9 people with plenty of room to spare. The 3 suites afforded privacy yet we were all close together at the family table and the private pool. The location is perfect-just one short walk to the one of the best beaches in Florida, and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants! Rated 5 star be all!

This property was fantastic!!!perfect location, plenty of parking, heated pool was amazing. Space for our entire group. The only thing That needs done is to have more kitchen towels and dishrags with more bath towels and wash cloths. Other than that we loved it and will be back.

The location was amazing with everything you need within steps. We stayed with our extended family (4 couples + kids) and had plenty of space. The pool area was great place to hang out as a family and then the individual building allowed quiet time if needed. Alex was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions. We are hoping to return soon!

This I was our 2nd year in a row we rented this property for our girls trip. Property is setup perfectly with our own pool. Great location! Easy access to beach. Shopping, food, bars, and much more within walking distance. Will definitely come back!

The property is very broken up and seems a little like a maze when you first get there. It had lots of beds and lots of bathrooms. The location is great, very close to the beach and bars / restaurants. I would recommend this property.

Everything worked out perfectly. Being 5 families with children, having 3 bungalows worked out great. Wish they were a little larger or there were a couple of sofa beds, but that was just a small issue. The location to the beach and pier was perfect.
Communication was outstanding.
Everyone loved it. Adults and kids alike.

Family yearly vacation
Everything was great for our family we had my son and his family as well as our daughter and family each had there own bungalow as did my wife and I they where very nice each of the beds and we had plenty of room 5 of our grandkids in all and they loved the pool it is small but after being on the beach all day they loved just splashing around in it and Alex is a great host anytime I had a question she was very quick to respond thank you so much for the use of your house

Wonderful family getaway
Overall it was a great experience. You are in the central location of clearwater Beach island. You can walk to any restaurant, store, or fun activity (putt putt, boat rides) The misic next door was loud, but after 1 it died down. The pool is smaller then we thought, but it was a nice get away when we were tired of the beach. Alex provided lots of extra beach towels, a beach umbrella. Chairs. The kids had a blast, it was a two minute walk to the beach. You do have to cross two roads, but there are plenty of crosswalks to do so safely. Definitely get the pizza from nrxt door at King's. You wint be dissapointed.

Could not beat the location! Walking distance to the beach, to the marina, shops and eateries. The host was wonderful with prompt communication and very helpful!

Good place for large groups
We had 13 family members .This is a duplex with a two bedroom two bath guest house separate from the main house. It was good for four different family groups, everyone had their own area. The pool was small but the kids had a good time in it. Location is very convenient for Clear Water Beach, right on the main drag. Two doors down is an small open air bar that has live music until after midnight. It was very loud and very annoying. You can’t really enjoy the pool or back yard after dark because of the pounding bass or the singing!!
This property could use some updating, the furniture was old and some little things like closet doors not functioning and outside chairs broken. If you don’t mind the music, it was fun.

Clearwater Family Spring Break Trip
This property was great! We were traveling with 3 families, 11 of us altogether ranging in age from 8 to 68, and we all had a great time! The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach or up to the pier, pizza from King’s next door and grouper sandwiches at Frenchys across the street were great! Plenty of parking on site. The pool was perfect for when we needed a break from the beach, and we drank coffee at the tiki tables every morning and beers every night. Mattresses in the north unit were not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, but we still slept fine, and they seemed better in the other units. Could use a bit more exterior lighting by the pool. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend for a large group looking to stay right in the middle of everything. A little slice of old Florida right in the heart of Clearwater!

We have stayed in luxury places and at first our noses were out of joint because these are little beach shacks. It took a good night sleep and all of 1 day of fighting crowds at the beach to realize how lucky we were to be at SeaScape. The reason I booked from Alex was so our group of 14 could be together. We valued our privacy and being so close together. The magic was making memories out grilling, swimming and hanging in the courtyard. By the end of the trip we'd all fallen in love with the beauty of the courtyard. Even though the little condos are not fancy, every member of our group said they'd happily re-book. My sister mentioned a clogged drain in her condo (she suspected it had been that way for awhile and none of the guests bothered to mention it.) I messaged Alex and it was fixed that day. We booked Seascape for the location and because it could accommodate a large group. We are filled with gratitude for an amazing week and are so happy we got to stay at SeaScape. Thank you!

Overall this is a nice property considering you're in Clearwater. It's older, but we've stayed at several mom and pop motels/hotels. It's very busy and noisy and lively in every direction. so if you like listening to live music every night, great spot.
The main condo is awesome. No complaints. the pictures are accurate. The condo on the other side could use some new furniture (i.e. dressers drawers broken) and bathrooms were pink and green tile and needed some updating, but it was clean.. The second bedroom does have a daybed with a mattress underneath to sleep two. But the room could use some furniture. Even a little table would have been helpful. My son used his suitcase to put his beverages on and there is no tv in that room. The other bedroom tv's are very small. But they work once you figure out the equipment. and really only watched them before bed.
the chairs and umbrella and beach towels were awesome and much appreciated.
My main disappointment was with the third condo. It's not really a condo, but more of a bunk house. There is a very small kitchenette, but no living room area. No furniture except bar stools. No table, no couch, no chair and no dresser in the second bedroom. And they could hear the band all night long. But new AC helped, which was great!!
We had three families renting these, we all paid the same amount, and I ended up giving the family that stayed in the pool condo several hundred dollars back to them because they got the short end of the stick. It would be great for a couple teenagers to sleep in there. Not so great for a 69 year old woman, her husband, and another adult. that condo reminded me more of two older adjoining motel rooms. there may be more space in the motel rooms than this pool condo.
Other than that, we appreciated the privacy (with the exception of a few people off the street who just walked back to our pool area to inquire so keep the gate locked...). The pool area was dirty. Wear your flip flops. Our feet were black if we hung out there. I swept, but it really needs a good hose and scrub down.
All in all, had I known what to expect, it was not bad. Just didn't realize the inequities with the three houses. I expected them to be similar in all ways and they are not!
However, Alex was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.

We had a great time, we really enjoyed the pool. The location was good, although there was a few nights that were pretty loud until about 2 AM. The one thing we all agreed on was that new pots and pans are needed. Other than that, no complaints.

Awesome experience for all ages
Perfect location! Easy access to beach and restaurants and stores. Alex was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our trip. He was a pleasure to work with. There were private areas for infants, toddlers and the adults so we all could still hang out while younger kids were sleeping. Lots of towels and beach towels and toys for our use. Having laundry access was the best thing ever. The only suggestion we had was a few upgrades that are needed which Alex is already planning on doing this year. We loved our stay and definitely would stay again! Thank you! Our first VRBO stay!

Having three separate buildings worked out great for each family. Having the pool area in the back fenced area made a great gathering spot. . Wash machine & dryer with beach towels & toys were a bonus. Only negative was not being able to close off pool area with having little ones running around. Lots of parking spaces provided in the front. We appreciated being able to checkin early since it was ready.

There is lots of great sleeping space and lots of bathrooms. Nice to have a private backyard for gathering. Helpful to have laundry. The place was not the cleanest and some of the air conditioners broke. Alex is super at responding to emails. She sent the cleaners back out and she had an HVAC guy come to fix the air conditioners. The property is smack in the middle of downtown. This is great for getting to the beach - but it is pretty noisy for sleeping because of the local bars and music.

Unique and convenient property
Our family of 16 had a great time at this property. The kids loved having a heated pool to themselves while the adults relaxed poolside in this private oasis. Alex had plenty of water toys and towels available for use, a very nice touch indeed. We liked having 3 separate living quarters, giving us plenty of options to get together as a group or dividing up for “movie” nights. It is very close to the beach and there are multiple options for group activities, shopping and eating.
A few things to be aware:
This is not a residential neighborhood. It is surrounded by a motel, hotels, condos, shopping and bar/restaurants. So while there are notices to keep quiet after 10 pm, the bar a few doors down definitely was not. If you love a late night scene and live music until 12 am, you’ll love it. If you are trying to get to sleep early in the poolside bunkhouse, you may not be pleased.
I wouldn’t call this a “resort” but it was private with multiple sleeping and cooking options and with a pool all to itself. Again, Alex provided a lot of water toys so we had access to everything we needed and some we didn’t even know we needed (beach umbrella)!
We were able to sleep all 16, which meant some kids slept on pads in one of the larger bedrooms and two others slept on roomy couches. I think the pads are the “Murphy beds” listed, a different definition than I am used to. Regardless, they slept comfortably but it may have been challenging for adults. I would think 10-12 adults could easily make this work.
Overall, we enjoyed our time, loved the convenience, and appreciated all Alex made available to us.
