Everything! We absolutely loved our stay at Coastal View chalet, warm comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our chalet owner was very helpful in advance with essential info.
Kingsdown holiday park was also a real joy. Very relaxed and family friendly. We loved having access to the pool, tennis and play area. And obviously the stunning location with its sea views. The lookout is a must for anyone visiting
We'd happily return and would highly recommend to anyone

The accommodation is great - immaculately clean, useful items available to use and plenty of space for 4 adults & 2 small children. Good communication from owners. We had a fab time and would recommend
Contacting the booking agent - cottages.com is painful.
I booked and paid for the accommodation in March (4 months before check-in). The day before we were due to arrive in July, I received a message from cotttages.com via booking.com to say that there was a problem with my booking and I needed to call urgently to pay. I tried calling the number and was put in a queue. As I couldn't hang on the phone I sent a message asking them to contact me. There was no response. It was all a bit stressful. We turned up and checked in ok, but cottages.com never responded to my message, and then sent a similar message a couple of days after we checked out saying there was an issue with the booking/my payment. Absolute rubbish!
