Good location and a nice holiday village. Great weather so outdoor eating areas were well used.
Very small double beds and not the comfiest. A clothes airer would have been good.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday chalet and would happily return. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s also close to plenty of local attractions, so there’s always something to do.
The chalet itself was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything we needed for our holiday was provided, which made packing and settling in completely stress-free. It really felt like a home away from home.
On-site facilities were a big bonus. There’s a playground for the kids, other activities to keep everyone entertained, and an indoor pool which was perfect regardless of the weather. It meant we were never stuck for something to do.
A couple of helpful tips for future guests: make sure you bring £1 coins for the electric, and when using the stairs in the chalet, it’s much easier (and safer!) to go down them backwards.
Overall, a great place to stay in a brilliant location — comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped for a relaxing break. Highly recommended!

Well equipped home from home. Great location close to lots of historical and beautiful sites. You will need a car ! The location is up a steep hill but it has lovely views. The chalet is really comfortable and quiet. You can see the sea from here. Only 10 minutes drive into Deal. Would definitely consider staying here again

Great location - 2 min walk to the beach, 30 min walk along the promenade to Deal.
Great (and well maintained) amenities - perfect for families with kids, heated indoor pool, tennis court, mini golf, playground all fantastic.
Staff members were friendly and accommodating.
Private car park, with ample parking.
The chalet itself is very limited in space. We were a family of four and felt cramped, especially in the bedrooms and bathroom.
The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Overall cleanliness was ok, but there are a few things that are needed in terms of maintenance. Shower seals were partially mouldy, and the seal between the shower basin and the floor was non existent, which meant that no matter how careful you were, water got under the floor.
Electricity has to be paid for separately via a coin meter in the kitchen, which can only be done in cash (1 pound coins). This I found inconvenient, as I had to go to an ATM twice to withdraw money only for this purpose. The UK accepts card payment literally everywhere, so I had to withdraw cash for this purpose only. I would have much rather paid a set fee upfront with the booking.
When compared to other holiday homes in the local area, we found this one to be too expensive, even during peak holiday times. You can get better value for money elsewhere.
