Good location to the Ferry Port and easy check in process
The property was pleasant enough and all we needed for a night's stay
The property was a bit run down. The upstairs bedroom doors were both broken/had missing hinges. Plus one of the upstairs beds had a mattress where the springs were pushing out, not visible but enough to be very uncomfortable.

You can park right behind the chalet and you can easily move your bags etc from the car to the chalet easily compared to other chalets around the site.
Nothing, I came here with my family last year and again this year, we know where everything is and that we love the chalet so much. Best holiday thank you.

Parking easy, bed comfortable, WiFi good, instructions and owner communication

Property a bit dated, decking not so clean, banged my head on the sloped wall in the bedroom.
