Comfortable, spotless, well-appointed bedroom/bathroom with all amenities. Owners were kind, respectful, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Hosts are really helpful, even include local resto list and can assist quickly with any issues. The room is small but is equipped with many cooking gadgets and small fridge -- it is easy to prepare simple meals . Safe residential location. No dog -- so can walk into gate of fenced yard without needing to check.

All good if you have a car or even a bicycle -- If not, LA public transport is not great... so might be tricky if you can't afford Ubers.

Ventura Hwy is close which makes this location great Quiet neighborhood

Children’s noise Smaller accommodation than expected- 1 room and a separate bathroom Kitchenette was described in the booking spiel. This is an exaggeration, no cooktop, sink. I don’t like washing plates in the bathroom hand sink
